tThe hôtel is perfect

The room view, the weird thing is that their was no one in the hôtel and they gave me and my parents the worst view ever "parking view :-)" they could just easily give me a nicer view . also, there was no activities to do for old people. the last day our car tyre was punctured and no one bothered him self to help us at the beginning, the reception staff easily said that she didn't know how to help us not even call someone who knows, and since we were alone there , it took us almost 4 hours to figure how to fix it , finally the driver of the hotel " a really nice person" came from outside and gave us his car pump to use it since it was the same car model.

This Hotel is very magical in all aspects: Rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean. Commun area are just perfect with inside and outside pool, different place to stay and restaurants. My wife had her birthday and they send us a birthday cake in our room. Our diner was perfect and staff in restaurant are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is a big Plus, you have everything you want, lot of homemade and healthy options. Thank you Michlifen’s team for this experience, we definitely recommend 100%.

The hotel is stunningly decorated, the welcome is warm, the service is professional, the food is delicious and the diverse amenities enable all family members to enjoy the activities they like whether spa or sports (the courts in the omnisports building are impressive! 🤩). Huge thanks to Mr Noureddine and all the team who made our family stay memorable. It was a home away from home for a relaxed couple of days for a much needed rest.

Nothing - everything perfect

This hotel is gorgeous in everyway- the staff, the facilities, the gardens and location. The hotel was very clean and all staff were very professional and helpful. The décor was lovely and there was something to look at in every part of the hotel.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like, my only comment is that perhaps there could have been better lighting over the desk.

The bar area which happen to be the only seating area and where a band plays at night, is all smoking area which is not great for families and for non smokers! This is the main issue I find.

The property is gorgeous! The resort has been beautifully designed. The restaurants are wonderful and the service impeccable..especially Ismail in the dining room. He was knowledgeable and passionate about their chef & wine! The Manager on Duty that evening, Rashid I believe, welcomed us and assured that we enjoyed everything. Very thoughtful and welcoming! Loved the farm and the gorgeous pool area.

This was our family's third time at this beautiful hotel. Everything is thought through to the smallest detail. Staff is very professional and as a mother of two active little boys, I loved to see how great everyone treated our boys too. The boys loved the farm animals, kids club activities and the two swimming pools of course. Everything was perfect, thank you! We shall for sure come again inchallah!

The Michlifen Hotel is like a dream come true. The cozy rooms, the delicious food, and the relaxing atmosphere are just some of the things that make it stand out. It's a must-visit spot for sure!

Hmm, if I had to make up something I didn't like about the Michlifen Hotel, I'd say the beds were too comfy that I didn't want to get out of them in the morning! It made it hard to start the day, you know? Just kidding, that sounds like a pretty good problem to have!

I was very impressed by the Alpine architecture which fits the location of the hotel at 1600 meters altitude , also impressed by the large space offered to the customers in the different areas , many various and confortable living rooms , restaurants , swimming pools etc Staff very dedicated and professional , In brief , I was really satisfied beyond one could expect Thanks to the hotel

I can't say only one thing I like... Everything was special, it was my mother's birthday and I mentioned it while booking my room. The room was prepared, a little card for my mom and a special cake delivered to our room.. thank you for everything .. The staff were very nice and professional ( Special thanks to Mohamed, my mom was happy with his warmness ).. I couldn't ask for a better stay.. Thank you Michlifen resort and golf
