Overral everything was nearly perfect, i have only two approaches : The first which is not a big deal it that the windows that give view to the pool were not well cleaned; The second one is the one that really needs improvement is that the Hotel is unreachable by phone, but i got lucky once in many call attempt.

- The location is good and only a short drive to the centre. - The room was clean and it was lovely to have a balcony. - The shower had great pressure and temperature. - The towel heater in the bathroom made it very cosy. - Nice big TV. - Big bed.

- When it’s so cold, it would be good to have extra blankets in the wardrobe to use because it’s not good to have the clima on all the time. - The bed was pretty hard but some people might like that! - I wanted to ring reception to get the Wi-Fi password but we couldn’t find the number for reception in the room so you would need to walk back to reception to ask about anything. This, of course, isn’t a big deal but if there’s free Wi-Fi available, it would be good to be able to use it.

- Zypher is located around 5-7 minutes by car from nearby restaurants and cafes, it's quiet and great for relaxation. - we booked a twin room and then joined the beds (there were no available standard double rooms when we booked) - the room was on the ground floor with a pool view, beds are very comfy. - there was breakfast available for 50MAD / person, the breakfast was ok, - there's a cafeteria with a variety of drinks options, you can order Morrocan tea for 1 person for 15MAD overall good value for money given the price and cleanliness!

even though the staff is nice, but often not available, especially in the cafeteria area and when you ask the receptionist they point at the restaurant and ask us to look for them there.

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive. Clean rooms.

My wife did not like the breakfast. She said they need to add more staff.

We had to wait for an hour to check in and for another hour to checkout as for this last their were confusion in rooms. But the staff made it easier somehow and they were kind, friendly and there if you need any

-the Appart was cozy and warm. -creative design and decoration. -clean and calm area.

Staff are little bit serious, they take things seriously, when you talk to them you feel like in a police station lol. they need to be welcoming and smiling to customers. also they try to charge more than the price indicated in booking if it says 65€ they will probably charge you 750dh. everything is exceptional in the hotel, just the staff need some training and surveillance by their boss.

Its a great apartment with all the needed comforts. The heaters, Wifi, parking everything is good quality and great value for money.

They gave lesser towels than the number of occupants though the number of occupants was always mentioned on the booking. There were no toiletries provided in the bathrooms. Kitchen has no dishwashing soap, it has a washing machine but no detergent. The staff has a hard time understanding English hence it’s difficult to get them to help you out.

I like the ambiance, the place the food. Staff are helpful and friendly. Price is good. It's worth it.

I think it will be better if there is a restaurant which is located in the family apartments so guests will not go to the other side of the hotel where restaurant is located.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The food is delicious and the value for money is fair enough. The pool is clean and very good. The atmosphere is very quiet.

The Check-in process is too long. Some improvements are needed in this area.
