The staff were very accommodating, last minute I had to stay another night they were went out of their way to ensure I could stay. It was clean and well maintained. The motel is nice and close to every thing

There was a book in my room saying buffet breakfast from 6-8am Tuesday - Friday and to enter through reception. I got to reception at 6am on Thursday and reception was closed with a sign saying reception opens at 7am, looked through the window and the restaurant had all its lights off too. Not sure what was going on there but didn’t get to enjoy the buffet breakfast

I love the cleanliness of our room and everything on the property! My family and I have been to Rocky too many times and, so far, Villa Capri has been by far the best motel we’ve stayed at. This stay was the second time we’ve booked through VC, and both times we have stayed here have been great. The room we stayed in recently is one of my top two favourite rooms out of all the rooms we’ve stay in (from Brisbane to Rocky), and my children loved it as well! I cannot fault the lovely service from front desk to room service. Thank you, A very satisfied customer.

It wasn’t really a dislike, but it would be great to be able to have a designated car park.

Villa Capri is my accommodation of choice in Rockhampton. It is sufficiently close to the CBD, the river, the railway station (1.5 km) and the Leagues Club to meet all my requirements. And more importantly is clean and functional, and surprisingly quiet - given that it is right on the Gladstone Road. When we realised I wouldn't be able to meet the check in time, the staff were super patient and accommodating of my late check in.

Just an observation - NOT A COMPLAINT - is that the booking.com site says check in closes at 2100. It closes at 2000.

Absolutely stunning! We were very lucky to be upgraded to an apartment on arrival. The staff were amazing and so great to talk to! Such a lovely place and so much space for 6 of us! The kids all had beds and their own bathroom. We even had a media room. Such a great way to end the school holidays. Plenty of parking and so close to food shops. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing :D Wonderful staff that went above & beyond to make our stay the best it possibly could be. Very clean room, amazing shower pressure, excellent fast wi-fi, beds were very comfortable, great size rooms, room had everything we needed & more, very quiet, sparkling clean pool, close to everything you need. We have travelled a lot and this is the best motel we have stayed in by far. Definitely value for money! Thankyou for the great stay and we will definitely be back, can not recommend this place enough.

My room was clean, spacious, and well appointed, plus the lady at reception was extremely helpful. This hotel is only 900m from one of the best Thai restaurants in Rocky and my only regret is that I hadn’t discovered Villa Capri sooner! I’ll definitely be back 👍👍

I saw on many reviews that people complained about the traffic noise … well. I heard none of it. Rooms 25,26 & 27 are farthest away from the highway.

Very tidy and well organized. Easy to find towels, soap, etc. Host was very accommodating. Very little traffic noise.

I wouldn't like to stay there again due to the carpark. It is so small. We drive a Landrover Discover. There was so little room to park, one of us would get out of the car prior to finishing the parking. Brilliantly undercover for parking, however it is just to tight.

We had room 12 which was perfect for us as we were sharing with family. Room was set up with 2 queen beds with the bathroom separating them, giving us each our own privacy. Room was clean and tidy with all the amenities including microwave, toaster, kettle and even a frypan. We both had our own tvs as well. Beds were very comfortable and the shutters kept the morning light out so we slept in. Great room highly recommend if you’re sharing. You’re also in walking distance of the Leagues Club for great food and a few drinks.

Rooms had a great configuration with the 2 beds almost feeling like you were in 2 separate rooms. Having the appliances in the kitchenette allowed us to cook breakfast each morning which helped alot.

The road noise was a bit much but it certainly doesn't prevent you from sleeping and most motel/hotels in Rockhampton are on the main highway through town so would have a similar issue.

Staff on reception was great. Room layout was perfect for a family of 4, segregated areas for the grown ups and kids. Tv and air-con in both areas. Value for money was perfect, stayed in a hotel down the road for the same price the week before and they're not in the same league.

Nothing. Will use this hotel from now on when stopping over on our travels north.
