It was very clean. The breakfast was very good. Lots of different breakfast foods to eat. The area was very clean. They cleaned it up after everyone left. The staff were also friendly. It was a pleasure to stay there.

It was par for the course as far as a Holiday Inn. Breakfast was good!! The guy at check in was nice, not sure who he was - no name tag - Check out lady barely looked at me - (again no name tag) she was busy on her computer. Never asked how my stay was, never bothered to say thank you - and for $300 for 1 night I would expect more!! Very disappointed in your staff.

It’s was ok - typical Holiday Inn. Only 2 washcloths & 3 towels? Room accommodates 4!!

We only stayed one night as we were traveling and didn’t get checked in until after 10 pm and left early the next morning, so mainly just a bed, shower, and breakfast. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!! I love that they have bottles of Dove products for you to use. The hot breakfast was really good with pancakes, eggs, sausage, bread, etc.

The toilet in our room was really low. We’re tall and out of shape people so hard to get up. 😂

The hotel room was very nice and comfortable. The amenities in the room were modern looking and clean. I usually have hip pains in hotel beds because they are uncomfortable, but not here. These beds were exceptionally comfortable and allowed for a good night's sleep. The breakfast had plenty of options available for whatever you wanted in the morning. The hotel staff was very helpful when we requested a room change halfway through our stay due to noisy neighbors. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here.

The first two nights we were there we had exceptionally noisy neighbors. The room we originally were in had the doors to expand into the neighboring rooms leading to an easy path for noise to go from room to room. This compounded with road noise from the highway led to a couple of sleepless nights. Once we switched rooms, this problem was solved.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly. There are a ton of food places in the area. Walmart is right across the highway in the event you forget something or need something. Breakfast was reasonable. If you attend Salem in October, this is an excellent place to stay! It is only 10 minutes away.

The only thing I did not like was the beverage machine at breakfast. It was either out of order for a specific drink, or it was not diluting the mixture properly. Examples include cranberry or orange juice. I would recommend that they invest in a different machine or have bottles of juice available.

Room: It was just adequate for 4 adults, and the air control quite good. Breakfast: As we have found in HIE hotels, it is very good. Airport: Access to Logan Airport is good but it was better in earlier days when a regular shuttle was available.

Having an option for families of twin beds rather than one double/queen.

Room was clean. Staff is very polite and welcoming, resolved all my questions very fast. Breakfast was good too. The location is reasonable, but see below. Internet was fast and stable. The TV is big and nice. It's 15-20min taxi ride from the airport.

Rooms are not soundproof enough. Anyone walking or talking outside the door can be heard as clear and loud as if they're inside the room. Same goes for showers and flushing toilet. Windows cannot be opened, so you're stuck with twiddling AC unit cold/warm modes to make some air flow. The location is very car-centric, there are no shuttles, buses, or trains nearby. Sidewalks are there, but they're basically by an effective freeway.

Staff was really nice and you could tell they took pride in their work. Hotel was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the hot breakfast they served was great. Thanks for accommodating us at such a late hour while we were traveling!

We didn't have any issues. The sink and shower drained a bit slow, but it wasn't enough to matter. Literally the only bad thing I can say about this place.

The two employees working when I checked in made me want to return. They were friendly and helpful, extremely informative and efficient. They arranged parking, the taxi for the next morning, told us about breakfast and encouraged us to go and helped us pick a takeout for the evening. Absolutely excellent service.

The next morning there was a different person working. Our flight was leaving until 4 so I asked if it was possible to have a later checkout. She responded no. No explanation, no checking the computer to see if they could accommodate it, just a blunt rude no. Staffing makes all the difference.

The breakfast was great. I loved the fact that they served Turkey sausage daily to accommodate people who don't eat pork. I didn't plan on washing clothes, but the washer and dryer on every floor was convenient. Plus, they sell detergent! I loved that my room has a tub. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

They need a separate tong just for the Turkey Sausage, as to not cross contaminate with the pork. The stopper in the tub didn't work. I was unable to take a bath, which I was looking forward to. Additionally, there was a little mold in the bathroom (Room 219). It is on the ceiling above the tub, along the edge of the room.
