They both gave detailed info about the location also recommended us great areas to explore. I also love the scramble wall decor’, me and one of the guest was definitely secretly in a battle😊 Location: is also in a convenient area within walking distance to nearby food and convenient stores. Room: #438 Was very clean, bed and ottoman extremely soft. Completely comfortable quiet with a decent view. Shower was amazing, with great water pressure.

Cons: Even with one elevator working the sounds coming from it became very irritating. Not for sure if it’s a work in process, but the dialtone from the phone the beep in, will make you feel like you are in question. Wasn’t aware if we had to request housekeeping so our room wasn’t cleaned accordingly, but the night before our leave, one of the housekeepers did a awesome job that made up for it. 😊 So my spouse and I would like to give this hotel 4 and 1/2 ⭐️

pros about the hotel were it was super cute! i wasn’t sure what to expect after reading the reviews but it was very clean and very cute and comfy! a lot of reviews were negative about the location, but if you’re looking for a cheaper alternative from staying directly in boston, it’s a 10/15 minute drive/ uber ride. worked perfectly for my boyfriend and i! would stay here again.

the only con was the parking. there was a ton of parking in the back but there was a garbage bin right next to the back parking lot and it really smelled up the parking lot

Staff was friendly when checking in, although one desk clerk was on her cell phone the entire time and couldn't help us. Our room was not what we had reserved but the desk clerk made a call and we were put in the correct room.

Twice we had to call the front desk to receive room service. We were not aware that room service was only by request. It was difficult to speak with housekeeping due to the language barrier. Maybe they should supply them with language interpretation apps for their phones, which will work fine for us all, everyone deserves to have a job. Also, we had to request fresh towels and we ran out of bathroom tissue which could've been taken care of had we received room service. I'm sure they didn't want to be bothered in the wee hours of the morning.

The room is nice and modern, bed is comfortable and the staff are friendly. The elevators are quick, Wi-Fi is good, there is a coffee machine in the room and a variety of breakfast options on premises.

The neighborhood isn’t a place you would walk around in at night. There is no good public transportation within walking distance. There is quite a lot of noise from the nearby road. No option to open a window for some air. The room floor was sticky. You have to get out of bed in order to turn off the bedside light.

The rooms were nice, updated and comfortable. The fitness facility was great. There were ample opportunities to get food, coffee, and snacks at the hotel. Front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel has lots of cool, funky design touches that make it feel different from other places. It’s also very accessible to the airport—my drive there in the morning took about 10 minutes.

It’s in a bit of an industrial location. That wasn’t bad, it just means there aren’t easy places to walk to from the hotel.

The room was amazing, the hotel itself is very clean, great areas, and its very quiet. Feels really good to be around. Plus we were able to park the car right in front of the hotel.

It took more than 7-8 min to get someone on the front desk to check us in. There was nobody and it was around 6pm not that late. Long drive, everyone was tired.. but thats it. After that it all was amazing.

It had a lovely atmosphere and felt welcoming.

The bathroom was dirty and we only had a one roll of toilet paper for the four day weekend. Wr also paid for two rooms with king sized beds and we didn’t get them. Wr got Queen sized but no price adjustment was made for us. Wr know they weren’t king sized beds because we own a king sized bed.

They fulfill all the announced specifications. Comfortable, with good accommodations and a very good wifi. Some nice restaurants nearby.

Not their fault: Boston seems to be a quite expensive city, and their price fits in the market. Location is not close to the subway, as they clearly announce - but there is a convenient public parking for the guests.

The location wasn't bad at all. Pretty close to casino (we didn't go there) 15 min ride from downtown Boston so the Uber wasn't expensive. The room was large the beds were comfortable and the place was clean.

I didn't like that there was only 1 mirror in the room so it's not easy to get ready in if there are multiple people , there's no microwave in the room.

The receptionist was really helpful and friendly - even tho it was so late when we arrived! The bed was really comfortable, great breakfast and parking was really easy!

It was a bit of a longer walk to the train station into town then I thought when I booked. But that’s more my planning than the hotel issue.
