You get what you see and more. The staff, the rooms, the location and the food are all top notch!

They do not provide blankets for beds (?!). And they do not inform guests that they can provide them upon request, all of which likely to save on laundry cost. That's why I'm giving 9 instead of 10, our first night was horrible because we were to cold and after turning off AC, the room was to wet due to humidity in Bali. The next day my family mentioned we can ask for blankets, my point is we should not have to ask for this basic bedding amenity. At the very least, they could leave them in the room for guests to use.

• We loved having our meals a stone throw away from the sea! You’re literally sitting on the beach. The restaurant staff are also very nice! • We also enjoyed snorkeling right off of Pemuteran beach. • Possible to rent fins or snorkeling gear just next door. • We also booked a tour with the resort to do snorkeling on Menjangan island. We loved it, was great. Shout out to our guide “Riski” :-)! • Resort is nice and well maintained! Pool is a great addition • Possible to book massages on premises. • Room : very comfortable beds! And shower under the stars.

• The Deluxe Bungalow pictures on booking give the impression that the room has bright colors and looks newer than it actually is. We were a bit disappointed since we had the expectation of photos but enjoyed the room nonetheless. • Also the window between bedroom and outside bathroom had dead insects along windowsill. Some spots in room weren’t very clean. • There was missing hand towels. • The door doesn’t fully close. There’s about 2-3cm between doors.

Du personnel, à l'hôtel, l'accueil, les services mis à disposition... juste exceptionnel. Taman Sari, your resort is amazing. Being able to eat in front of the beach, large variety of choice in terms, of food, drinks, and also our room (8) which had our own pool, made us feel really special. It was just (sorry repeating) Amazing!!! We loved staying at the resort. We hope we will be able to come back in Pemuteran and especially at Taman Sari <3

Wifi was not always stable (maybe because of our location) but honestly, it was a minor thing compared to the services we enjoyed.

This is a lovely resort at North Bali. It is very quiet. Naturally decorated villas with outdoor bathrooms are located in a lush garden surrounded with palm trees, meadows and natural pools. The restaurant serves good food, and the service is very friendly and fast. There is billiard, table tennis, spa and dive center. The sea is here with a beach, corals and beautiful sunrise if one wakes up early. If the sea nearby is not enough there are Menjangan island trips for coral gardens and more. We have been there first time in 2006, and the place did not change much since then. Owners manage to keep the balinese spirit and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, we will get back again!

Had a wonderful stay at Taman Sari for Christmas in the lotus suite. A beautiful pool shared by 3 rooms, really peaceful. This is the most beautiful resort I have ever been, really is breathtaking! The staff are incredible, so hardworking and friendly! Ketut at breakfast was working late on Christmas Eve and back on breakfast service smiling away doing a great job - as do all the staff! The room cleaners do a fantastic job and so polite. Rally can’t recommend this place enough! The food is quite expensive at the resort but there are lots of restaurants near by as well as mini marts, massages and bike hire. You can snorkel right from the beach! Managed to get my 5 year old snorkelling in knee deep water seeing so many amazing fish! It’s right opposite the bio rock which is regenerating coral so there are so many fish and beautiful coral to see.

The food at the restaurant was quite expensive, we didn’t eat there but would have liked to it more reasonably priced.

Stayed in December with two adults and a 12 and 16 year. We stayed in the Butterfly room. Look no further Taman Sari is in the best location in Pemuteran. Right on the beach and a short walk to restaurants and a great spa. This resort has everything you need if you are the type to just want to stay in and not venture out. We snorkelled out the front of the hotel and loved having breakfast on the beach each morning. Pemuteran is as I remember Bali 30 years ago and is worth the 5 hour car trip to get there.

If you are staying for a few nights it would be nice to have more variety for breakfast. But the breakfast was yummy.

Some of the staff members were incredibly helpful. I had issues with renewing my tourist visa and they put me in contact with a visa agent at 9PM at night and drove me to get it fixed the next morning. The property is gorgeous, quiet and serene. The staff attentive.

Deluxe studio 16: We booked 2 more days and had to switch rooms. We had a straw roof and the mosquitoes were plenty. We got a mosquito net but we were two against 100s, and we lost the baffle and got eaten alive. I would book a studio over a deluxe studio if you can, avoid #16. The WiFi in this particular room was quite weak, or inconsistent. It is impossible to work from the room, but the IT guy helped me bypass the normal WiFi and found me a good spot to work from. The location of Taman Sari being right on the beach is exceptional. The views from the resort are beautiful and the staff are super friendly. Being able to snorkel or dive directly off the beach and view the BioRock coral growth project is a bonus as well as the fast boat from the resort to visit Manjangen Island for snorkeling and diving. The grounds are immaculate and a pleasure to walk through.

The food and drinks at the resort are quite expensive compared to other local establishments, in fact it is almost double what you would find in local Warungs and the local food is also much more flavoursome and better presented at these Warungs. The resort itself, is tired and could do with some TLC and a little sprucing up. This includes the villas and the resort pool.

Taman Sari is a haven from the busy main road of Pemuteran. You won't hear any road noise as it is down a quiet road and right on the beach. The gardens are stunning. We stayed in a grand deluxe bungalow and couldn't have been happier. The bed was so comfortable, the outdoor bathroom was really nice and there was also a lovely terrace with a daybed to relax on. The pools were amazing, so refreshing and relaxing, it was hard to tear ourselves away. Breakfast was nice, with different western and Indonesian options. The restaurant is right on the beach and it was magical to sit and watch the ocean each morning. What really stood out were the staff, every single person was helpful and friendly, and there were so many staff it was always easy to find someone to help.

The restaurant is expensive compared to most other places nearby. This wasn't a problem for us as there were many small local warungs nearby, within 5 minutes walk.

Liked really everything. Rooms and all the other facilities very clean. Large area next to the beach. Many food options in the hotel restaurant or warungs nearby. Good snorkling possibility just in the hotel beach. Breakfast at the beach.

Pricing with additional taxes in the hotel restaurant was confusing in the beginning. One day at the small pool group of people had a party, they left all the empty beer bottles and coctail glasses behind, but even the next day by lunch time still they were not taken away and cleaned up.
