The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone had smiles all of the time and seemed eager to help wherever possible. The only two complaints I would have is the bar closed early Saturday night when we were there. The website states open until midnight so we waited to have dinner until then (we had gone to the osu game in Stillwater and didn’t get back to the hotel until ten). Because of the closing early, we missed getting dinner. We had ate at the bar Friday night and the food was amazing! That’s why we chose to wait until we got back to eat as we wanted another one of the Cuban sandwiches as they were sooo good. The only other issue I had was with the hidden fees. Parking fees of $10 a night should’ve been stated at time of booking. I have no issue with the fee but it would’ve been nice to have that information up front. Also the extra charge for incidentals was confusing. What confused me is that the extra fee was charged up front however the day I checked out, I got the itemized bill which included the $100 for the bar (I tipped heavily to make the charge be exactly $100).that morning I got an extra charge on my card for $65 and some change overall between the two payments, I was overcharged by $35. When I asked the lady at the hostess stand, she was confused as well as to why $65 of the hundred was taken out of the incidentals fee and why I was then charged that extra. She did state that the extra $35 should be getting refunded in a few weeks so I’ll watch just to make sure. Overall the hotel, the staff, the cleanliness, the ease of location, etc was a ten out of ten. I will definitely be returning as my son is a freshman at OSU and this hotel is central to us and him.

The pool,cause I like swimming,my grandkids loved how big in beautiful it was,they loved the fish also,It's a very very beautiful place.

That you had to pay for breakfast the price you pay for the hotel should come with breakfast,we chose this hotel cause it was so beautiful, and we just knew it was free breakfast,but we was wrong.

their location and the staff was nice

The piping was weird in the room in the bathroom. He made a lot of noise and sometimes the hot water didn’t work. The bar close down early and housekeeping didn’t come to your room on a daily basis or at least every other day we were there for four days. I thought that housekeeping will come by at least once. also, the conference food was not that great.

The environment was everything.. The minute you walk in you’re greeted with a smile even the other guest greeted you with a smile.. The Motel was beautiful.. I barely even seen trash on their lawn.. More than enough parking space never had to worry about that.. I would definitely stay again.

The only thing we didn’t like was the surprise charge. Nowhere was it made known that a $12 charge for using the parking that we parked ourselves. Never have we had to pay to have our car in the parking lot. That will probably deter us from coming back.

The hotel lobby was beautiful. The beds were super comfy. The pool was wonderful as well.

The bathroom wallpaper was peeling a little. I did notice there were signs for a remodel soon, so this should take care of that.

It was very clean, the room was beautiful, and the staff was the friendliest I’ve ever seen at a hotel.

The only thing I would change is the price and I would’ve liked more towels to be available in the room.

It was a big property and close to other stores and food places. Staff was great and extremely helpful. Parking was free!

The hotel is very nice and located well.

The pet deposit was more than advertised. My dog left no mess yet I was charged double the advertised amount. Room service closed to early. It should be available till midnight.

The hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful. The swimming pool was nice and clean and it was awesome that there was a sauna to enjoy as well as a workout room.

The pictures online seemed different than what I actually got. I asked for a balcony with a view, however I got placed on the second floor and couldn't see much. When I got to the room, the Television didn't work, and the closet was off of its tracks. They sent their engineer up to have it fixed, but it would have been easier to just have us placed in a different room.
