Location, structure, furnishings, hospitality... everything great! The Palazzo is stunning and worthy a stay.

The building is wonderful, the furnishings of excellent taste and value, the fantastic location. Edy, the manager is an great lovely person and extremely kind, helpful and cooperative... fly in the ointment, unavailability of the owner, who puts his contacts online and then doesn't respond. The check-in manager is very kind and extremely helpful, unfortunately the online contacts are not his. If you book be careful that you won't have any reply form all contacts you see on line... mail, Whatsapp, phone number. I just needed to contact booking because nobody where replying. Only structure of all that we booked in Andalusia, where all else were propmtly replying.

Very beautiful old world accommodation, daily cleaning services. Fully equipped, spacious apartment. Location is superb, many bars and restaurants nearby. Nice rooftop terrace, lots of beautiful sitting areas around the central courtyard. Truly beautiful, and so quiet despite being in the middle of everything

There was no communication at all from the management- emails regarding arrival and parking were not answered and phone calls were not picked up either. We found that very unprofessional. We arrived 20 minutes earlier than our expected arrival time, the door was locked and we waited 30 minutes before the receptionist arrived.

The building itself is beautifully and appropriately decorated. Our duplex was exquisitely furnished - we had everything we needed. A beautiful apartment, nepresso machine with a variety of coffee pods, tea, water, Diet Coke. The corridors leading to the apartments are well furnished, I feel like I’m stepping into the shoes of the owner who visit regularly. Edy the host is simply amazing, he made us feel so welcome and made sure we had everything we need. It was difficult to get a taxi going to the airport and Edy went out of his way to hail a taxi for us from outside that took him 30 mins. I couldn’t be happier and this was our best stay so far in a booking.com apartment.

Exquisitely furnished , peaceful, comfortable and very spacious, our apartment in Palacio Mármoles offered all we required for a very special 5 night break, with a beautiful shared terrace where we enjoyed breakfast and evening views of the city’s skyline all around. Truly marvellous. : )

Nothing to mar our stay, one toilet wasn’t flushing particularly well and an odour of sanitation in bathrooms at times perhaps: but really nothing to speak of in the context of such a wonderful apartment. Perhaps best mention our duplex apartment wouldn’t be best suited to those not comfortable with stairs; around 24 steps within apartment from entrance to bedrooms, and another 24 up to rooftop terrace.

Edy (owner or manager) was friendly and helpful. He even came to the crossroads to meet us from the taxi to walk us to the property when we arrived. The basics (small milk, water, tea, coffee etc.) were provided when we arrived so we didn't have to rush straight out to a supermarket. (There is a small chinese supermarket very close to the property on the crossroads as well as Cafe Bar Marmoles which is handy for breakfast and sandwiches). He showed us right around the property including the amazing terrace with great views of the cathedral. Palacio Marmoles is really centrally located in the old town with short walks to the Real Azcabar and Cathedral and plenty of bars and restaurants (recommend El Pasaje Tapas). The property itself is lovely and quiet on a small side street. Was nice to come back after sightseeing and have a complimentary nightcap overlooking the beautiful cathedral. Our apartment (number 2) was lovely and spacious and beautifully furnished. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

My only minor gripe is there should be a larger mirror with an electric socket close by in the bedroom to apply makeup and dry hair. There is a socket and large mirror in the bathroom but in the UK hairdryers in the bathroom are a no no!

Beautiful building with fantastic interiors, excellent facilities. Nice touches throughout with things like towels and Suncream provided for the roof terrace, cold drinks and ice left in the courtyard. Beds comfortable, kitchen perfect with all you could need for a holiday. Everything was spotless. The location was great - 2 minutes from a main street going to the cathedral full of great restaurants and beautiful buildings.

It’s a beautiful, charming old building with 15’ ceilings and very large, comfortable rooms. I could walk to all the important sights in 25 minutes or less. Eddie was a gracious host and recommended very good restaurants nearby. There is a deck on the roof with great views of the city.

I was in room #1 which was lovely but could be very noisy. It was right near the entrance so you can hear the comings & goings, including voices, of everyone. They were fully booked so Eddie could not move me to another room.

Very good central location. Spacious room, and clean. Host, Edy, was excellent and professional. This area is very dense with extremely narrow streets. We arrived on our last day of a trip with a rental car, and due to a holiday celebration, parking in the area was impossible. Therefore, we decided to return the car a day early to the airport. Then we took a taxi back into Seville and that was a good decision as a car in Seville requires more experience than we had. We tried parking in three city public lots and all were full (Three Kings holiday post-Christmas time is beautiful time to visit due to great city decorations but very busy). We would gladly stay again at this location! Host arrange a morning departure taxi that was really good. Unfortunately, we had no time to enjoy the wonderful roof-top terrace other than to get a brief evening view of Cathedral - fantastic!

No significant concerns.

I would give this location 100 stars if I could. It is the most magnificent building and I was able to stay there. We arrived late due to airport problems and Eddy stayed and waited for us. It is on a small side street and the street lights were off but we found it. I recommend arriving during daylight If you find the Cafe Marmoles on the corner it is two doors up on the left and has a brass plaque with the name under the codes. Our two bedroom apartment was so comfortable and really quite historic. It is a palace and has an open atrium in the middle with porches lined around leading to the apartments. Our bedrooms were comfortable, bathroom impeccable, we could not have asked for more. I felt honored to be able to stay there. I plan on returning as soon as possible and to stay longer. The building is right in the middle of the historic district so you have to park outside at a city lot. Not really a problem, also a taxi can take you there no problem. Once you are there , shops and cafes and restaurants galore with museums and cathedrals within easy walking. Amazing. Thanks Eddy you are the best

Nothing, now that I know how to get there.

The Location was excellent, within walking distance of major points of interest in an interesting area of old Seville. The hotel was lovely and it was so nice to be welcomed personally and shown around the premises. While there was no catering, the kitchenette was well equipped for self catering and we were able to access laundry facilities.
