Great location. Lots of character. We had a room upgrade which was nice.

Breakfast choices very disappointing. Glad we hadn’t paid an inclusive price for it.

Fantastic spacious rooms with balcony. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Good shower and water pressures. Lovely colourful decor and furniture and interesting historical ambiance throughout hotel.

A lot of noise from Tapas bar beneath and their coffee making ! ( into early hours & then early morning) and rowdy revellers in nearby bars in the earlyhours. Though everywhere was well-cleaned - the floors often had other peoples’ hair on it . (Suspect sweeping rather than hoovering of floors) Very happy with house-keeping otherwise.

Location! Really short walk to the cathedral and plenty of meal options in the area. Lots of interesting art pieces on the wall. Friendly staff

The cleaning product used was very strong smelling. I did not like it at all, it triggered a migraine for me. They do not have the ‘do not disturb’ option for housekeeping so it was every day trying to air out the room so I could sleep. It was late November and the A/C option was only pushing out warm air which made it worse. The window opened to another covered hallway so fresh air was impossible.

Architecture of this hotel is so lovely, typical Andalusian regionalism! Great Location, staff super helpful! Receptionist (blonde girl) forgot her name was super helpful. On my last day there was a public transport strike, and she phoned the bus station to freckle the aerport but times, for me. All receptions staff very friendly and helpful

It gets noisy over night even with earplugs! I asked for a quite room, still there was this banging noise every night throughout, not sure what it was. They should look into this as it is quite disruptive

The included breakfast was very basic, coffee/tea, juice, bagel to share between two, croissant.

Two minutes walk from the Giralda tower which could be viewed from the rooftop bar and restaurant. Good sized twin bed room and bathroom and huge wardrobes. The building is gorgeous and quirky. Breakfast is in the connected bar/restaurant next door. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on it (as we had an early start) but we ate at the bar on arrival and it was delicious. Location was great to get over the river to Tirana past the Bull Ring, up to the Setas, down to Plaza Espania and back to the train station in easy walking distance.

Little slow to respond to a request to leave baggage before check-in (response arrived after we had left the following day!) but in fairness I only messaged a couple of hours before we were due to arrive. But for the record, the response was yes.

I felt like I was visiting family because all the staff that I encountered were so kind, helpful, and most welcoming! There was always a warm welcome and a friendly smile, no matter what time of day, and everyone readily assisted when I needed directions or a recommendation. I encountered Jenny and Anna the most during  my stay, and they are fine examples of how to make a guest feel very welcome. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting the main attractions.

There was nothing that I disliked.

Having read mixed reviews about this Hotel. I didn't really know what to expect. However on arrival the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large with a decent sized bathroom, all very clean. The location is excellent. About a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and the old town is right on your doorstep. If you want a traditional Spanishey place to stay then this is for you.

The Hotel is an old Convent so it has lots of character however my room didn't have a window so at all times it was very dark and I had to leave the Bathroom light on so I could see around the room. Breakfast is also served around 8am which is quite late especially if you have a tour booked and need to leave the Hotel early.

This is my second stay in the hotel, having stayed as a solo traveller in August. This time, we visited with a group of friends. The location is perfect, nice, and central for the cathedral and restaurants. The hotel is spotless, and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Nice comfortable rooms and beds. The power shower in our room was fabulous.and great after a busy day of sightseeing. Nice authentic/quirky hotel.

Would have been great to have a street view rather than an internal courtyard view

amazing location, close to the major attractions. comfortable good sized rooms, amazing views from the roof top bar. A good breakfast was provided in the adjacent restaurant. all the staff that we met were really friendly and helpful.

it might just have been our room but the street noise was noticable in the evening, but after a busy day sight seeing and good food it didnt hinder sleep too much.
