Great value single rooms with comfy beds, own bathroom and tiny outside space. Great to have a gym that actually has reasonable sized weights. Large kitchen and eating area. Wifi worked pretty well. Walkable to train station and everything in the city centre. Friendly staff and free luggage storage. Would happily stay here again for a few days.

Gym is in a basement with no windows and the a/c doesn't work, so it's pretty hot. Kitchen equipment is somewhat limited (e.g. sharp knives, bowls) and the cooking space is limited so you have to wait at busy times.

Location was very convenient for coming in on the bus and leaving on Renfe - short walk to either station. It was only a few minutes walk to the old town and sightseeing parts of Cartagena, but far enough away that it felt like a real neighborhood and not just touristy. I felt comfortable walking alone at night. The shared kitchen at the hostel was great, plenty of room in the fridges, lots of tables and counters to sit and eat, and all the needed items to prepare your food. The front desk people were super nice the couple of times I talked to them. Bed was comfortable, and I love that the room had its own tiny balcony.

No big complaints. There were small things about the room that could have been cleaner but overall it was a great stay.

friendly staff who are fluent in both spanish and english. the single room with private bathroom is a good deal. stable wifi with decent speed. clean room with large comfortable bed and good linens. great lighting. small desk was nice. good shelving. shared kitchen is very well equipped and kept clean. short walk from both train and bus station.

room soundproofing is not great. people like to hang out in the halls and talk which can be annoying when you are trying to sleep.

Our family room was very modern looking, we liked the decoration. We used the kitchen every morning and evening, there was always room at the tables and all the utensils that we needed. The location is great, we walked around the town. We parked our car for free right beside the hostel. The hostel was quiet in the evening, I liked that.

There could be some hooks for hanging clothes at the wall (there was kind of a wardrobe, but something for coats at the door would be handy).

We had a room on the corner of the building so it was super sunny. The facilities are extremely well arranged in the room. The kitchen was available, so we were able to prepare some very late dinner as we used to come back late. The employee at the reception was extremely nice and helpful as we needed really some help before our check out. Gracias! Everything was great. I am surprised there are only 2 such hostels in Spain. I think I would choose it in any other city if it would be possible. Frankly, I have never been in such a good hostel. It exceeds many budget hotels.

Very modern and innovative hostel catering for everyone. Various zones for cooking, relaxing, exercising, laundry. Good wi-fi signal in our room. The old city walls were right outside our window which gives a great sense of history. All the Roman exhibitions and ruins are within a few minutes walk and really cheap entry prices. Even better if you get voucher for 4 + sites, available at all the exhibitions. There are a lot of steps and steep slopes in Cartagena which you cannot avoid so be aware if you have mobility issues.

Be aware there is no hairdryer or drying rack in the room although it was stated there was.

Great location close to the centre and also to the stations. The kitchen is big and fully-equipped with fridges and a freezer. The terrace on the third floor has nice views. Room was very clean with comfortable beds . The hostel was very clean.

The second night I was sharing with a group of 3 friends, 2 of whom snored extremely loudly. Even with ear plugs it was impossible to sleep. Not the hostel's fault, but there was noone at reception to ask to change beds.

The only hostel in Cartagena. I liked the hostel, itwas located near central station, but quiet and cozy. Adored guests and my roommates there. Found and made some friends. I loved the equipment - was really thought through and customized onto a single traveler. My bed was ok, I slept well. Shower and restroom were small, but ok. The drawer with the key was really helpful to put your staff in. I loved big friendly and clean kitchen, prepared some small meals and breakfast, enjoyed the exchange with the other guests 🩷 Also used the fitness room and mats with weights, had a good exercise. Many supermarkets were close to the hostel. The area was good and safe. Really enjoyed the stay in Cartagena 🤩🥳⭐️

I was in this hostel before so knew what to expect. I also have passed on the name of this hostel to other travelers. What I like is they give you this package with the sheets and.....a towel this is such good karma for a hostel. I also like the shower none of that push button stuff. Check in is great there is an actual person in reception as there should be. The reception staff are nice and very professional and efficient something is not always the case in other hostels.

What would be nice is having a kettle for hot water.

Very friendly people at the reception. The room and showers were very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. Well equipped kitchen. They allowed me to use the kitchen for a short while after check-out which I feel was very generous. Location is also great, close to the bus and train station and walking distance to a Lidl and a Dia.

The room was a little bit too hot. We tried putting on the AC but this did not really work. Also in the kitchen it was a little bit too hot. I would have liked a somewhat colder climate inside.
