Location was excellent for our travel needs and easy to access. Good amount of available parking on site. The staff were all really very friendly and helpful and made it very clear they could help us in English as our French is not great. The bed was really very comfortable and everything in the room was clean and well presented. Breakfast was well presented with good quality options especially the apple juice.

The tv is one that has apps available to use like Netflix etc but the tv is not connected to the internet so this function cannot be used. The hotel wifi did not work on our devices either. As we were staying for one night this was only a small inconvenience but if we had been staying longer we would have asked for these items To be remedied

Two things. One, the pizza at the restaurant was just OK. There were some not so good comments about it, but I tried it anyway. It was just OK but I ate it as I was hungry! Was a nice restaurant, I should have ordered something else. Two, I looped around three times before I found the entrance. It was dark and each time I missed it, I had to circle the roundabout. Perhaps a better sign to help out.

Large family room with a double and two singles, really nice and clean and had everything we needed. The communal corridors and staircases were a bit grubby and tatty, but we don't have a spotless home ourselves so it wasn't an issue. All of the staff we had dealings with were brilliant, as was their patience with our language attempts. The food choices were limited but there's enough to cover most common choices. The food and drink prices were very reasonable. There is free parking on site. We enjoyed our night here and would consider it for future trips.

Communal areas were a bit grubby and tatty

The hotel is quite nice and clean. Holtel service very nice and helpful. On the other hand, I have a small reservation about the bathroom, because the faucet and shower panel was in poor condition. Excellent location outside of Caen, but still close to the city center and other attractions in the area. Parking in front of the hotel. Copious breakfast. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Clean room, cozy beds. Night entrance with acces code.

Room was a bit small and cramped. Outside of my window was a noisy generator or other machine that kept me up at night.

Excellent value had everything we needed for a stopover The guy on reception could light up even the darkest night ,realised very soon our french was limited he quickly resorted to speaking perfect pronounced English something myself and my wife have never been able to do and made sure we had a wonderful night . The food was great and good value the room was well equipped and very clean all in all a great stay made even more memorable buy the Tall handsome lad who was working the 2pm till 10pm shift

Nothing really

The team were extremely helpful and accommodated our two dogs allowing us to sit in the restaurant with them at dinner time. All areas of the hotel we went into were clean. Our evening meal was lovely and not expensive. We will defiantly stay again.

There was no outside area for the dogs, but we were able to walk them to a grass area further up the road.

Nice family room - clean, spacious and comfortable beds - and the lady on reception was very friendly. We needed somewhere convenient to crash overnight before taking the ferry to Portsmouth the next morning, and it did the job.

Restaurant was closed for dinner at the weekend - no huge drama as there are plenty of restaurants in the area and we ended up eating at a lovely place called Mamma Mia in Ouistreham.

The staff at the desk and restaurant were really good and very friendly. I mean really nice. The rooms are tiny but comfortable and super clean. The restaurant is understated but the food is pretty good and you don't have move the car. Close to the museum too.

The room is tiny, but then again, it's France. Entry with a car is tricky but then again it's France.

Room spacious and comfortable. Very pleasant welcome and the person on duty was very friendly and helpful.

Some facilities for making hot drinks would be very welcome as we needed to leave before the early breakfast was available.
