The gentleman who booked me in was welcoming, aka "Groovy". The room was nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Enjoyed the views. Water, boats, and birds.

The balcony was dirty. The chair pads are stained. The coffee table will never blow away in a hurricane, therefore was unable to move it. And, this is out of your control and CA needs rain, but it did rain and the air traffic seemed to fly right over my balcony, but they could not be seen for the clouds, which was pretty cool to see along with the great views.... and probably best I didn't see the planes because I bet I could have seen the screws holding their bellies together. Sound mirage, perhaps? Really not a bad swap for the rain.

The area was good and on the water

On the listing it stated there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, there was a refrigerator, but not a microwave. It wasn't a huge deal, but noticed there was no extra blankets and only one bath towel.

King harbor view room is wonderful. Everything you need, recently upgraded, and the staff was friendly. Don't expect it to be a five star resort, but if you just need a charming restful room with a view, and a little bit of local harbor flavor, this is a great place to stop for the night.

Fresh coffee and the fixings downstairs would've been nice - I know covid makes that all a gamble at any location but I kinda wanted to stick around for an extra hour and enjoy the view. Not the inn's fault, but there isn't anything else within walking distance to get things to go, and I'm afraid of in room coffee makers.

The view out the room was exceptional. The room was very quiet and clean, excellent bed, very comfortable patio chair.

A thank you when I checked out would have been appreciated.

Wonderful spot in every way

Only complaint is that I was looking forward to breakfast bc I thought it said they had it or I would’ve brought something to eat instead

Location and price very good. Our room was upgraded free. Could only get local channels on TV. Netflix and On Demand not working.

Floors were not washed even tho we requested it to be mopped. TV extra channels not working but got local channels only tho requested On Demand.

Perfect spot for the weary traveler coming from the airport. Short Lyft/Uber drive from Oakland Airport. It's a beautiful property right on the Marina, it's clean, has all the single use things you would need, and super friendly and helpful staff. The area is also amazing, peaceful and quiet.

Neil was very friendly at the front desk, room was clean, had enough outlets to plug in and charge my devices, updated room decor was cute!

it was very quiet peaceful area with stores & food within 15 minute walking distance . beautiful view being that the marina is right there.

I paid for a deluxe room when I could’ve just gotten regular room and it didn’t seem deluxe at all.. not sure how to explain it
