Receptionist was lovely, breakfast was amazing and fresh and the coffee served was very good. The pool was very clean and warm, I would go again since it was such good value for money.

There was a poor African Grey parrot in the games room who seemed lonely to me, it is not a suitable environment for such an intelligent bird who needs social interaction, I am also worried people were smoking in the room but not sure since I could not see ash trays but I know what people are like. I couldn't see anyone who spent time with the poor bird. Maybe give him up for adoption if no one has the time to look after him/her.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. The whole property was always very clean. There was a spacious kitchen available with plenty of utensils and spices, making it easy to cook your own meals. Coffee and tea were provided, which was a big plus. The pool was nice, and the shared areas had several tables, ensuring everyone had their own space. With three bathrooms, there was always one available. The WiFi worked perfectly without any issues. Highly recommend!

The only minor improvement would be if the rooms were slightly better soundproofed.

We were highly impressed with the size of our room, the lovely set up and the very comfortable bed. The common spaces were spacious as well and very nicely set up. The pool area was nice as well, though we didn't have a chance to use the pool. The unlimited coffee and muffins in the morning was a nice touch and the woman who checked us in was lovely. The downstairs shared bathroom was nice and clean, and I had the best shower there that I had so far on the trip. There was plenty of parking.

Honestly everything was very nice there. It was a little far from town, but that didn't really effect our stay. Would have been happy to stay there longer if our trip time allowed.

The location is beautiful - the rooms are clean and spacious, the pool area awesome, the layout of the premises great with the terrace and 2nd floor sitting room. The location of the guesthouse is also great - close to a distant quiet beach and to the beginning of the hiking trail Ponta da Piedade. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the presence of other guests from different countries made it feel like a diverse group of friends gathered for a getaway. Amazing vibe.

The check-in time is a bit limiting, and you'll have to look for baggage storage elsewhere.

Cool small Hostel for everyone (regarding age) with private rooms and a small pool as well as a rooftop to chill out. Gets cleaned daily. Free coffee, hot chocolate and filtered water. Soap dispensers everywhere. Very quiet. Kind and helpful staff.

It's a little far off everything except a grocery store and a few restaurants, so a bolt or some sort of a ride is useful. The bathrooms do not have power outlets, at least the two I used. No washing machine, but self-laundry service within 10 minutes walking distance.

I read a review that said this place was better than they expected, so I had high hopes. Even based on that review, it was better than I expected!! Everything is so clean, kitchen is well equipped. Lots of great spots to hang out. We had a good sized private room with a huge bathroom. We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. There's a big beach a short walk away and we could walk into town in 15 minutes. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel/hostel feels like a home from home. Peaceful location. Nice clean rooms, big areas to relax in, such as a big, fully equipped kitchen with sofas and tv. Pool, rooftop area and first floor living room area. Beds were made and room cleaned everyday. Friendly helpful staff. 10-15 minutes walk to some nice beaches(Porto mos) and beach walk trail.

The only thing I'd say is that it's not that close to the main town area. It's a 20 min walk, which isn't really bad considering all the positives

The place is wonderful! The room was very simple, but we had everything we needed. There is a little fridge in the room. Bathrooms and all the other shared spaces are perfectly clean, people who work there does really amazing job. Very nice pool area to eat your meals and chill. Kitchen is spacious, there is a lot of spices, olive oil, coffee machine, filtered water machine, all equipment you might need, even juice maker. Definitely would come back!

The place itself was great, everything you would expect to get in a hostel and more, poolside area and pool itself was nice, decor was good and the staff were very helpful when needed. I particularly liked the rooftop terrace both during the day and at night.

For me and my friend the location was fine as we were fine with walking for 20 minutes to the main area of lagos, however this is something some other people might not be up for.

The host was fantastic. She was very helpful with recommendations, directions and responding to questions about Lagos. I loved the choices offered for breakfast and I loved that we could purchase food & drinks after 2pm for a very reasonable price. I'll admit, at first i was taken aback, I was thinking it was smaller and further away from the center of town (20 min walk) than i would have liked BUT the longer i was there the more i liked it. We were close to a couple of the best beaches out of 11 amazing beaches and it was super quiet at night. I would DEFINITELY stay there again.

It was difficult to find (maybe better signage). Oceanview is a bit of a stretch - but If you went on the rooftop you could get a 'glimpse' of the ocean. There was no AC in the room however it was fine with the window open as it cooled down at night - nothing that would deter me from staying there again.
