Good location. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Has everything you need.

Wish the doors to the hotel were automated so you didn’t have to struggle opening them with your bags, but that’s my only gripe. The bed is comfortable but would be small for a couple.

The room was clean and wide. It was just right for the both of us. I love that the bathroom is big as well. It was weird that the shower has an open concept - no separate door but the provided rug is enough to keep water from being on the floor.

There's minimum complimentary amenities - no dental kit, just enough towels (2 small, 2 large). Wish for more paper cups. 1 bottle of water is okay. No microwave. I wished they have a king bed though and maybe slippers? But for the price in LA, I think it's such a great deal.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Looks exactly like the pictures, the worth the price, and walkable to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. We didn't need a fancy hotel, just a comfortable place to sleep at night with basic amenities. Lots of free underground parking. Check-in was fast and staff was very friendly and efficient.

Walls are very thin. You can also hear traffic 24/7 so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Pillows were not the best. Bed was ok. When I was checking in the guy asked me if it was ok to make a copy of my license and credit card. I asked why and he said it was because they want to keep it for their records. I don’t know why I said it was OK. It’s been bothering me ever since I should of said no. Is this something that they ask of everyone?? Is it policy?? Other hotels that I check into have never asked me that before. I hope I didn’t do the wrong thing.

All is great with the hotel itself. The only issue is with the neighborhood around. It’s very dirty, nothing to see, no places to eat (except of cheap Korean food) or even get a coffee nearby, didn’t feel safe to walk in the evenings.

Great location, easy to Uber places. Loved that it had free underground parking! The staff checking us in were also very kind!

Bed felt very small for a queen and the pillows were tiny and only had 3 on the bed! Other than that we had a great stay.

The property is in the heart of Koreatown, which is a great area to stay in due to the proximity of bars and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was so lovely and professional. I love that they have free parking as well.

There’s nothing I did not particularly like but if I had to be picky, I would encourage them to install an additional deadbolt/lock just for safety. I am a female though and I know that matters more to us.
