Staff was absolutely amazing truly so kind and helpful and fluent in both English and French. Location is great for either just an overnight hotel while crossing france but also only 10min drive or 20min bus ride from center of Reims. Bed was comfy and all you'd want.

Our overhead shower unfortunately didn't work but the handheld one did. The room was quite dusty and the shutters wouldn't close properly and seemed quite broken. Breakfast is minimal I would say however for what you pay for the room, more than enough.

Easy to find off motorway. Outside Reims clean air zone. Easy, free, off-road parking. Handy overnight stop. Friendly, helpful receptionist. Clean room, adequate size. TV. Free WiFi. Good for a budget hotel.

My only minor dislike was the bed because it slightly dipped in the middle (despite that, I slept well!).

Basic but great value for money. Not far from the motorway, and only 10 mins drive to Reims centre. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, great shower, comfy bed, good breakfast, quiet location. Perfect for a stop on our journey back to the UK from the south of France.

Salon, who runs the hotel , was not only excellent but a lifesaver. I tested positive for Covid while there and he helped me get breakfast in my room, helped me with my train & taxi reservations, all while keeping his staff & other customers safe.

Kyriad Direct WiFi barely functions. It doesn’t at all in the guest rooms. Salon showed me the other hotel WiFi which does work in the rooms.

The room was very clean and confortable. I called to request for an early booking which was granted to me. The breakfast was yummy with warm croissants and bread. I was also allowed an extra 1h for the check-out free of charge.

The location was perfect and the staff extremely helpful + outstanding

Good size bedroom and bathroom in good condition. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Plenty of parking. Reception spoke good English. Driving distance to Restaurants. Basic breakfast but at the right price. Overall very good value for money.

Basic but comfortable. Reception called us to check we were arriving in time as you cannot check in after 2130. Simple breakfast. For a quick overnight stay enroute to Alps or South it’s all you need.

Very friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms and bathroom, clean and nice white bed linen. I found the only drawback: they don't have room number 13.

Parking was good and convenient.We did not take breakfast.The bathroom was small but very clean with an excellent shower .

Nothing to add for the money.
