We had such a wonderful time at Emilia B&B Boutique! The staff Gab, Julio, and Marcel, they were absolutely fantastic, always friendly and ready to lend a helping hand. The location is just perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood filled with charming coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, it’s only a 20-30 minute stroll to La Condesa, where you can find most of the shops and eateries. The city felt really safe, so we enjoyed wandering around and exploring all the sights!
Our room was a bit small, but since we were only there to sleep, it wasn't a problem at all!

A Perfect Getaway – Highly Recommend! I recently had the pleasure of staying at CASA Emilia, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by how beautifully decorated and welcoming the space was. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the charming touches throughout, made it feel like a home away from home. The entire property was spotless – it’s clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are top priorities here. Mornings were an absolute treat with a lovely, freshly prepared breakfast that was both delicious and thoughtfully presented. The location was ideal – close enough to explore local attractions but tucked away just enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Whether you're looking for a relaxing weekend or a base to explore the area, this place is perfect. I can’t recommend this bed and breakfast enough! I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
The rooms super cozy, but slightly smaller than expected.

This is an outstanding option for those wanting to experience the best of Mexico City, without wanting to compromise on tranquility, location, atmosphere and high quality furnishing. Julio, Gabi and Jorge were fantastic hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They were very responsive to us on WhatsApp when replying to queries. The freshly made breakfast (eggs, croissant/bagel and fruit/yoghurt collection) was excellent and healthy, the coffee was one of the best lattes I've ever had. Later on the day, try the gorgeous courtyard for a pre-meal drink, Gabi makes a sensational gin and tonic! Thank you to the team for a wonderful stay at Casa Emilia!

The property was tucked away in a leafy courtyard. The decoration was very cool and chic, and felt very exclusive. We had a patio facing room with a balcony which was very quiet and cool. The bed was very comfortable and sheets were very soft! The bathroom was spacious, with lovely complimentary toiletries. The staff were excellent and incredibly welcoming and friendly. 3-course breakfast was cooked to order every day and they were delicious. In the evening, you can relax to gentle music and the sounds of the water fountain in the central patio space. In the morning, you wake up to the smell of fresh waffles! The area around the hotel was cool - short walk to the trendy barrios of Roma and Condesa, and to the Bosque Chapultepec.
Nothing!

Beautifully appointed rooms. So charming. I had the room with window overlooking the fountain. I took a nap to the sound of the fountain and soft classical music. I had no AC, but did not need it, as the ceiling fan was perfect! It was a cool rainy day in CDMX and I loved spending it at Casa Emilia. The beds were so so comfortable!
The property is quaint and charming. Definitely not for people used to big resorts. This place is small and they pay great attention to detail. The breakfast was filling, but for me lacked the sabor casero I was hoping for. I had chilaquiles one day and the sazon was there but chips were lacking. and an omelette the next. The tortilla chips could be improved. The omelette was undercooked slightly. The presentation was very nice though.

Very cute hotel, loved the fountain in the middle of the property that provided calming water noises throughout the day. Bikes for rental, easy to get into the property, and a comfy common area and breakfast area. The location is decent, good for exploring both Polanco, Condesa and Roma Norte - but it is a walk to all of those neighborhoods.
The host didn't speak much English but she could understand English and I had very elementary Spanish - we were able to communicate fine but slowly. She did however charge me $15 more than the Booking.com receipt said I would be charged, and I didn't end up bringing it up due to the language barrier.

The property is gorgeous - a plant lovers dream and very photogenic. It's also in a good area of town. We felt very safe walking around at night and we had a ground floor room with windows to the street and had no issues or concerns. Our room was very large with a comfortable bed and TV with Netflix which I always appreciate. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops nearby and it was easy to get an uber to anywhere else we wanted to go in the city.
- they were not able to help with any taxis, transportation or activities. - breakfast ended at 10:15am, which was pretty early. - no ac in the rooms. We went in January, so no issue for us, but FYI. - the receptionist was wonderful, but didn't speak any English. No one on the property did. I speak Spanish so this was no issue for us, but could be for any non- Spanish speaking tourists.

Beautiful boutique Casa with lovely staff. Decorated very tastefully. Lovely roof terrace and courtyards areas for relaxing. Very safe area with lots of lovely restaurants and for the more energetic a 30 to 45 minute walk ( or easy Uber) to the Anthropology museum and centro historico. Staff were super helpful despite the language barrier and a nice variety of breakfast options. I would recommend the Huevos Mexicana ( Mexican eggs)
Nothing. A breakfast menu in English would have been helpful as we dont speak Spanish. Otherwise, it was a 10/10 stay

Chic , modern and elegant but comfortable . Rooms are as beautiful as the lounge and terrace etc - often not the case. Julio and the group were wonderful , very helpful with anything . Location is great and much is walkable from there. Amenities were good. No children permitted and only seven rooms . An intimate setting.
We had an unusual heat wave for that time of the year and there is no air conditioning . Fans were fine for the most part.
