Very spacious palatial house centrally located between Reforma, Centro Historico and Palenco. Large welcoming kitchen and rooftop terrace.

I was a solo traveler expecting to meet others but it turns out the place is rented by entire families to host gatherings. I was alone for a couple of days then the managers offered me a room in another property to compensate when a whole family arrived.

First room they gave me was really subpar, nothing like the pictures, on the second floor. I asked for another on the third floor or up. Much, much better, charming and like the pictures, but I did not have access to the terrace restaurant. Elevator to the terrace got stuck for 5 minutes, which was concerning. Front desk did not seem concerned when told, and was not overly friendly. Cleaning staff was very friendly, fortunately, and great. Great location and and luckily an excellent restaurant right next door. Ended up a very nice stay, but it would have been very subpar if I hadn't insisted on a better room.

The place is very accessible. It has a self check in process which was very convenience. Aldo the room was clean. There was free Wi-Fi. Close to the main avenue. Very quiet and very peaceful.

There were no small snacks, which would have made it a little more pleasant. However, there were plenty of stores around, so we did great without.

It's Spacious and large. The roof top is awesome. My room was actually very nice. It really is a big beautiful house but for how long?

Walked into a beer bottle broken mess, strands of toilet paper and Garbage. This is the problem you get with shared houses. No respect. To be fair ultimately this is not the cleaners fault. She was lovely and hard working.

Perfect for the one night we were there as a room to crash in. The building was very nice and the room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was fine. It's self check-in with codes so we didn't actually see any members of staff to speak to.

A little bit expensive for what it was, but not too overpriced.

Very comfortable stay and great value for money. The room and bathroom were clean, bed is comfy and it has a desk if you have work to do. Centrally located, close to the Angel. Perfect room if you don't plan to stay long in the hotel but want a comfy place to sleep.

Very basic amenities but that's perfect if you don't need the room only for quick accesss.

It was so quiet even though it was super close to the angel square and main streets were very close distance of walking. It was just what a needed, a good bad with private bathroom with a warm shower at the end of the day

Nothing, everything went so smooth, even though I didn't meet any stuff, all was by messages.

The place is spotless and very comfortable. Two blocks away from the American Embassy, therefore just a few meters away from Ángel de la Independencia.

The Customer Service has to improve a lot. Although there is a response when you have a request, I think there should be someone in person to talk to or to actually work deep on user experience.

The mattress was a bit too hard for my liking, some of the pillows and towels were dirty and the room was tiny

Not very clean, but that's the case with a lot of properties in MX
