The staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were very clean! I loved the location, it’s right off the main road but because it’s tucked away behind another hotel, it felt very quaint!

The walls are quite thin so I could hear just about everything our neighbors with the connected door were doing and saying. It’s understandable for an older building and with the rooms so close together it’s inevitable. I definitely would’ve bought ear plugs had I known this in advance, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us as we are heavy sleepers. Light sleepers, beware, though!

Very charming place. Room reminded me a little of a Balinese resort. I like that it's tiled floor and nicely furnished. You get good toiletries Roam, and even Wolfgang Puck coffee (although personally it's one of the worst drip coffee brands I've tasted). We got a quiet room as requested (but spoilt by the noisy aircon in the room). Great location

Noisy aircon and you cannot turn its fan off. On site restaurant was closed for renovation. There's no fridge in the room (just FYI for those planning to store stuff)

The location and value, pool, hot tub, outdoor seating areas, and free parking were big pluses.

We were awakened three mornings during our stay by the fire alarm that wasn’t functioning properly. One morning we had to shower in tepid water. The room, while quite adequate, was small for a five night stay. Staff is not on site at night or early in the morning so we weren’t able to get ice or drinking water on days when we were out all day. All concerns are small and if addressed would not affect our decision to return.

It was well located, room was big and had everything you needed for a great stay - staff were friendly and helpful , lots of seating outside, no just around the pool but across the property so felt like you could find somewhere to sit even when busy

There was a small amount of construction noise as the restaurant is being remodelled, this impacted slightly, but only for a couple hours across the 3 days, Something booking.com were meant to have told us about before we got there but didn’t ☹️

Pretty, quiet, with lots of atmosphere. Perfect for relaxing a few days. Friendly staff that aimed to please.

A bit tricky if you need to use this as a hotel during a regular work week. It is more of a leisurely hotel with 9 to 5 office attendance, so best for holiday travelers who are not in a hurry. If you are the latter, this would be a very nice place for you. Breakfast possibility depends on when the restaurant opens (apparently not M. or Tu.), when it is available it is after 9 am, which is a bit late if you need to get started with your day. If the breakfast could start a bit earlier that would be great.

Los Arboles is a solid choice in Palm Springs, the grounds are nice, well kept, the restaurant on site is popular and good, OVERALL its definitely worth a stay.

it was just (1) little thing, this particular weekend they weather sucked, it was raining pretty much the whole weekend BUT we were the ONLY people in the pool, and i was playing my portable speaker, the front desk came to me and said NO PORTABLE SPEAKERS AT THE POOL, WHAT????? No one around, raining, in the jacuzzi listening to some tunes..

I made the reservation for myself and it turned out I wasn’t going to use the room anymore. I called the hotel and asked if I could transfer my reservation to someone else. The hotel made it super easy for me to do so and the people I transferred the reservation to (my cousin and her husband) ended up enjoying their stay. They were celebrating their 22 year anniversary and were able to take beautiful and memorable photos of their private renewals.

We had such a great time — thankyou to the Los Arboles staff, who were warm and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a room with a private patio (where there were hammocks and comfy chairs). Everything was immaculate, quiet and comfortable. This feels like a lovely low key place to unwind. Nothing flashy or pretentious— just exceptionally clean and comfortable. We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday in early October — which seems like a great time to visit if you like the quiet. We had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves for most of our stay, which was such a pleasure! The location was great— really close to Cheekys which is amazing for breakfast. Nice to also be able to use the hotel bikes and freely drift around Palm Springs!

The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, and the hotel was lovely, unique, and conveniently located. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious, too. The soaking tub with jets was incredible after traveling and having the lovely furnishings, small sun window, and fireplace next to it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and spacious, and the shower was very large with great water pressure, too. Everything in the room created a deeply relaxing atmosphere. It was quiet while I was there. The heater/ ac unit in the room is very fast working, so you can achieve your perfect room temp in a matter of minutes!

That I had to leave! I literally can’t wait to come back some day.

Idyllic setting of rooms around swimming pool with large comfortable sun loungers. Views of mountains. Stunning roof top terrace with sofas. Walking distance of restaurants bars and shops. Try cheeky for breakfast and Tac/Quila for dinner. Peaceful & relaxing. Well equipped rooms. Very friendly owner and staff. Adjacent hotel owned restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays so we weren’t able to try it out during our stay.
