The pool, staff and facilities were great. The pool side food very good and the drinks. The room was great also. Plenty of parking also

The only compliant was the cost so many hidden costs that are not stated on Booking.com. In short I booked the room for $181 (for 1 night so this is expensive already) but when I came to pay I was stung for the following occupancy tax $24.44, Riverside Assessment $5.43, CA Assessment $0.35, Resort Fee $40, Occupancy tax $5.40 (and there were two of these - I only stayed one night!), Riverside Assessment (another one!) $1.20, and another CA Assessment $0.80 - hence for a booking at $181 we actually paid $258.62 (another $77.62) - which is daft and makes this not worth the money - I clearly would never have booked this is I had know the actual cost before going!

It was comfortable and convenient

The landscaping wasn’t well maintained. Dozens of palm trees on the property that were over grown, had flowered and shed seeds all over the property. Seed and flower was all over the pool area and even ground into the carpet inside the buildings. Just a sign of an unkept property.

My husband and I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] for our honeymoon, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly special, even giving us a complimentary room upgrade because we were on our honeymoon. It was such a lovely surprise! Our room was beautifully decorated and had stunning views that made our stay even more romantic. To top it off, we were greeted with a delightful wine and fruit platter, which was a perfect touch to celebrate our new journey together. The pool area was nothing short of amazing. We spent hours lounging in the sun and enjoying the refreshing water. The margaritas served by the pool were simply delicious—definitely a highlight of our stay!

The check-in staff was amazing. This was our last stop on our road trip and they were by far the best. The room was nice and roomy as well. You can tell it is very pet friendly as there are many people with dogs. We love it. The pool was nice and fun for the kids. The location is also fairly close to everything by car (including Starbucks almost across the street).

I would consider this more of a party hotel. There is a club either nearby or on the grounds and our room was next to the entrance door to our building. We heard groups of people coming and going at all hours on the night. Any time you left your room there were groups of young people ready to party. The next day the trash can outside of our building was overflowing with "after-party" junk that people had tossed. Parking can be hard to find close to your room as they have not only guests, but event parking. The dog relief areas were not the easiest to find either, but they were actually really nice and grassy for them.

Great room on an upgrade. that was wonderful for our honeymoon. the ambiance, relaxing quality of it is really nice.

Only problem: the maiin dining area was poor. Delivered a soup appetizer and fish main course at the same time. very odd. and did not deliver my wife's food for another five minutes after that. room service is in boxes and bags with plastic cutlery, a little corner cutting but food isn't the strong point.

We were celebrating our anniversary and they compliment arily upgraded us to a Jr suite! The resort was very chill and had a good vibe. The food was all very good.

The a/c worked fine in our room, but it leaked onto the floor alot. We had to put a towel down that was saturated by the next morning, so we had to change it out. Good thing we didn't have anything except shoes on the floor in the closet as it ran into there.

I appreciated an early check-in; location is ideal; room is spacious and comfortable.

The property is under construction; getting to our room on the second floor was challenging until we figured out how to get around the construction; parking closer to our building was limited; the alarm kept going off during our stay, probably from the construction. This is a dated property. It'll probably be better once they complete renovations. We've stayed here many times. It's better than some motels turned trendy hotel, but it could be better considering it's probably the largest hotel in the area.

Restaurants & food were excellent. Reservations were used & advisable. Pools were clean, warm & beautifully kept. Lots of lounge chairs & poolside bar/food service. The landscaping was so pretty and they lit it up at night. They also light up the pools at night, one even changing colors. Poolside fire pits provided a nice setting for ending the day, especially appreciated on the cooler evenings.

Outdoors music played through speakers right outside our patio doors from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. We asked the front desk to please at least turn it down, or preferably turn it off, but that never happened. Also housekeeping missed stocking & cleaning our rooms one day. The resort fee includes 2 bottles of water/day and coffee/tea so we definitely wanted that, as well as clean towels & a made up bed. Also, we were charged over $130 more for the room on last night we were there. Since we booked through booking.com the resort had no explanation as to why. Said we needed to ask booking.com. So I’m asking, why?

The resort was wonderful! David in the JWB bar was one of our favorite staff members. The bed was very comfortable. My spa visit was relaxing. We enjoyed the food in the different restaurants.

We had problems getting our room to stay at one temperature and at night, the motion sensor light came on whenever we woke up to use the bathroom (we could not figure out how to turn it off). Nothing to do with the property or service but the weather could have been a lot better.

We loved everything about this Hotel...amenities...food. ..bars...pool...staff

Pool bar closed early and there were no towels or water available to drink at lone pool ...it felt like it was a forgotten area...this is where our room was located...I had to go on the hunt for towels ...also other guests too! We called as well front desk and nobody brought any! Also when we checked into our room there was a large used water bottle left on nightstand kinda gross!
