My organization has meetings across the street but I always say at the Indigo because I find it more friendly, especially since I am usually by myself; the rooms are very pleasant (especially the top floor corner which I like). The staff from the valat for my care to the check in and check out process isfriendly and makes me feel at home. Breakfast is great and the bar met the needs of some of my friends from across the street. I will be make in September.

Always have a bartendar available. The first night was great and I want to thank the emplolyee who filled in on the second night just serving beer and wine until help arrived. It made my friends staying across the street realize what they were missing. This isn't a complaint but an additional impression of your services which met all our needs.

I throughly enjoyed my stay here. This is the 2nd time and I deliberately chose to stay in Baton Rouge for this hotel. The first time was an overnight trip. This time we got to enjoy the bar and location. Once I parked, I didn’t HAVE to move it. The staff was helpful and and very friendly. I love the bathrooms!!!

There has been a change in valet services that I wasn’t particularly impressed with. There was a 10-15 minute wait to get my car the few times I did need it, which was not the case the first time I stayed here.

It felt very safe, staff was attentive, and perfect location for our concert venue.

Would have felt a bit safer if the parking garage was connected to the hotel but it wasn’t bad at all.

The hotel was in the center of the downtown area. Super close to the river and other downtown attractions. The city was clean and safe. I really loved the FREE electric city buses WOW

I was there for three days, housekeeping only came by for one day

The staff was helpful, accommodating and very professional. There were three different individual’s that stood out above the rest, Ms. Ashley, Mr. Dee and a young man with braids in his hair, I forgot his name but he brought in our luggage. Our stay was great. We evacuated due to Hurricane Ida and we checked out assuming we had electricity, to no avail, today is day 6 with no electricity and I have been called Indigo Hotel every day for a room, to no avail. I regret checking out when I did. Thanks for the accommodations.

Everything was perfect.

The room was perfect for a person traveling alone. like that this is a dog-friendly establishment. I did not have my dog with me but I will remember this hotel in the future.

The snack options at the bar were very limited. The food that I did order was missing an ingredient and not appetizing. The bartender agreed with my assessment.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were the cleanest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in, the staff was genuinely nice! The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, the decor was beautiful. Parking lot felt very safe. Very nice location downtown near the water with lots of walking spots to stretch your leggs after traveling. ...and the bathroom shower was very refreshing. Overall, we felt what we got out of this stay well exceeded the 3-star rating, very good value.

No complaints whatsoever, but the rooms are a bit on the smaller side of average. For a couple they are just fine, but if I were trying to sleep 4 grown adults in a room, it would probably be a little crowded. ( I would still stay here, but probably would only put two to a room)

The rooms were trendy and very comfortable. The staff was super friendly .
