We had a great stay, our room(s) was spacious enough with all required / expected amenities. We used both pools and free bikes, and free coffee (great little benefit) and overall felt really welcome and comfortable there. Egg Harbor is small but this resort is far enough from the shops/ restaurants to feel secluded and very peaceful. It was full of families with young children when we were there but there was never any noise. Most importantly, reception staff and management were very welcoming and friendly and really made our stay very welcome and pleasant.

We loved everything about this resort. We stayed 2 nights. To start out, the check in desk workers were super nice. They explained the layout of the resort to us. They have free coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hours a day in a nook by the front desk. They have a little store near the front desk where they sell snacks and things. They sold cute coffee mugs and glasses but they also sold a large variety of wine. I loved that. They had 2 window type displays demonstrating things you could buy at other stores in the area. They were displayed so cute. The pool and hot tub area was clean and was well stocked with fresh towels. The pool temperature was comfortable. The hot tub was large and worked well. Our room was on the 2nd floor which we prefer. It was clean and decorated very cute. There was a balcony with a table and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We also loved our spacious rooms with the living room and kitchen. It was also a plus to have two bathrooms. The pool and hot tub was also really nice.

The floors creaked, and the people upstairs were kind of loud at times but I think it was the creaky floors and them moving around. We ended up with a giant hornet in our living room window but luckily the staff took care of it.

Nice facility, clean, handsome suites with separate sitting area and fireplace. Nice shower, full kitchen. Booking had an error in the listing of the room I booked but the staff was extremely accommodating in trying to correct it.

I am more of a fan of light, breezy decor, so I found the suites a bit dark (but they were very cozy). Also, the room I booked was depicted on Booking.com as having a spa bath, which it did not.

The staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved having a full sized refrigerator and an oven so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. The pool area was a lot of fun. Pool, hot tub and sauna were are clean and well maintained. The gift shop was nice. I’m glad you have frozen pizzas and snacks available.

When we got to our room the dishwasher was full and hadn’t been turned on. Literally my only complaint. So, we ran it and we were good to go afterwards.

The service was exceptional from the moment we walked through the doors. We were on our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The suite was like an apartment and had everything down to pots and pans for you to use. My husband and I will be returning on our anniversary!

Very conveniently located in Door County Peninsula. Great rooms. Beautiful view. Jetted tub in the room. Private balcony. Nice size kitchen, dining table & living room.

Unable to truly enjoy the fireplace since the glass is fixed & not able to open. Not very romantic without the feeling of the fire. The jetted tub is a tad small but it still worked great!

I feel like updates are needed. Yes are cabinet in the kitchen must have had a lot of water damage from the dishwasher because there's water damage A good portion from the floor. Also, we had A lot of damage to the walls that probably could use repainting now. Cobwebs in rhe closets and behind doors. Have been there a while.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the pool & the whirlpool (very clean too!). The location is fantastic! And very family-oriented, including price. Our 2-bedroom suite was the perfect size for 2 adults and a teenager.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable but definitely not horrible. Wish the outside pool was heated.

The resort was close to shopping, was a fun-2 bedroom condo/apt set up and was perfect for my family of 4! We each had our own bathrooms, there was a fire place and a nice walk out patio. The pools were great, and had a huge hot tub, which we all enjoyed. I would stay here again! There was free coffee and hot chocolate 24-7! Highly recommend.

We were a little put off when we first checked in and found a mouse trap in our bathroom. Made us a bit uneasy at first, but we didn't see any mice or droppings and thoroughly enjoyed everything else about the property and rooms/facilities.
