* Entrance / Arrival : 14:30 = too late ! would be 12 or 13:00 pm * Leaving the bedroom : 9:30 = too early in the morning ! The breakfast, due to many people, ends at 9:00 ! .. * no TV * no soap with the shower ! Seems to be 'normal' at the desk floor !!

The location is not in a tourist-flooded area but is close to metro and orly bus station - really comfy. Just what we needed. Full and fast access to all the popular locations They serve breakfast and this one is really good: with lots of different dishes served. Got full for a day. And that was tasty. Spacious bathroom and comfortable beds. The inner garden is nice and there's even a workout area for those who want to keep fit.

Not all of the receptionists speak English. Had to loose time waiting for those who do. Vending machine was out of work. Didn't manage to buy a hairbrush

Property is very close to two metro stations Glaciere (a better choice in my opinion) and St. Jacques. It is also within a KM in distance to the Denfert Rochereau RER station for line B to the airport. It is a pretty decent neighbourhood on the Line 6 (connected to the Eiffel via Trocadero or Bir Hakiem). There is a HEMA nearby. Denfert-Rochereau has a lot of eateries and shops as well. The rooms and washroom was pretty neat and clean. There were cupboards and charging spots. The staff were pretty good and allowed us to check out at 10:30 even though officially, we should check out before 9:30. Breakfast was functional and fine for us, however the menu is the same each day.

Didn't bother us much but there is a rule against bringing in Food and Alcohol from outside. Hence, we had to finish our dinner before reaching the hotel. Should always show both room keys each time we entered the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained, with a large bathroom that included both a shower and a toilet. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything tidy. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including fresh croissants, juice, and coffee. We also appreciated the security measures in the evening, as guests are required to show their room passes, and the reception is available 24/7. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station.

It was so confortable, good place, and good location.

The check out at 9 am, I think that is so unconventional and inconvenient. The answer was for all the groups but I think that could be at least until 12.

The facility and location is good. They have spacious lounge inside, with playing facilities. The breakfast is good. This hotel is best if booked for group of people.

I felt that they have only dorm kind beds, though can be booked for 2 people also . We booked for two people, but got a private dormitory room with four beds. Some of the parts in washroom were not working properly, but manageable.

The FIAP was a great choice for our stay in Paris. It's a ten-minute walk from the Denfert-Rochereau RER/metro station and there are numerous other bus and metro options in the area. It's not very far from Avenue General Leclerc, where you can find many stores, cafes and restaurants. The desk staff was very helpful, breakfast was included and offered lots of options, and the public areas and rooms were spotless. When the cafeteria is closed there's a small bar/cafe where you can purchase drinks, snacks, and a set meal. I'll definitely stay here again!

The elevators are super slow and seemed stuck on floors for no reason. We were there during a heat wave and even with a fan in the room, there was no air circulation. The rooms would have been perfect if we hadn't been roasting!

FIAP is a hotel cum hostel located very near Glaciere metro station, approximately a 5-minute walk away. Bir Hakiem station, which leads to the Eiffel Tower, is only 5-6 stations away from Glaciere station. The location is excellent. There is a 'Carrefour' stationary shop within a 10-minute walking distance. The adjacent area is peaceful and decent. However, there are a few things to keep in mind. Firstly, it is advisable to bring your own soap, handwash, and shampoo, as the property may provide insufficient shampoo even upon request. Secondly, you should bring your own drinking glasses as they are not provided in the rooms. Lastly, as the hotel is situated within a residential area, you may be asked to close the curtains at night to respect the privacy of the neighboring residents. Apart from these minor issues, the hotel is very good. The front-office executives are polite, kind, and available round the clock. The breakfast is satisfying, and the staff is helpful. Overall, it is a good hotel/hostel.

This was a trip for my teen son and teen nephew so we stayed at the hostel to allow them to mingle with other teens. We had a very nice and spacious room for four with it's own bath. Lots of teens stay here so FIAP has lots of space for them: a spacious youth room, and ping pong room in basement, foosball table, snack bar and lounging area on lobby floor.

It was hot. Our 6th floor room did not have AC and temp was close to 30'C/87'F. I had to shower in the evening to cool off and go to bed. Then showered again in the AM. Lobby Floor is air conditioned though. It is a bit of a trek to and from all points of interest so public transportation (as opposed to walking) is a must.

We stayed in room B21, 20m2, on the first floor. Advantages: easy to access, big hall and terrace on the territory. With our booking we had breakfast included, we've had plenty of choice and everything was fresh. The room was clean and tidy. All of the staff we interacted with was accommodating.

It's not strictly a disadvantage, but there are certain conditions of stay in FIAP. You are not allowed to eat in your room, only on the terrace or in the cafeteria, so no fridge to put a bottle of water in. The rooms are not soundproof at all, you can hear everything in the halls and everyone can hear you. In our room specifically, we didn't have soap to wash our hands, only towels and toilet paper were provided. In general we had a good stay, without any difficulties, so we would like to come again, when it's not too busy.
