Good location near the port of Sanur. Staff is kind and helpfull. Room have small pantry if you plan to cook.

Bathroom door half transparent, quite awkward if travel with friend. Also the water output pressure quite small.

Very relaxing. Staff,happy to please. Close to departure Harbor for trips to the islands. Not too far from the main shopping area. Travel to shopping center drivers ask for 100000 rupiah but will take 70000. Taxis back from shopping center only 50000 rupiah.

The shower drain was blocked but quickly fixed. The three categories of rooms was a bit confusing. Pool view means you are upstairs up a narrow stairway but can see the pool across the balcony below. Garden view means you are not next to the pool but not far off.

Overall this hotel is a hidden gem if you want to visit the Sanur area since it not only is amazingly located but generally provides a great facility and service! The beach and beach promenade are only a four-minute walk away so in terms of accessibility the hotel is a great choice. On the Hotel Room / Facilities: For us, a family of four, they gave us two (very big!) rooms with connecting doors that were both very clean and beautifully furnished. It felt more like staying in an apartment rather than a hotel room due to the little kitchen counter and kettle. And the balconies with a pool view are also great additions to the hotel rooms. Then, the pool that was finished recently is great for a quick morning swim before you hit the beach. We will definitely come back again! It's an 11 out of 10!

Lovely quiet place to stay. Rooms great, bed comfortable, pool excellent and all staff were incredibly friendly and they went out of their way to help us. Away from the main area of Sanur but easy ride to main strip. A couple of fantastic restaurants, though right outside our door, We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect! Luxury at an affordable price point! We stayed here as we were heading to nusa Lembongan the next day! Property is is 100m to Rocky fast boat where you can organise a boat to the island. Directly across from a money changer, grocer and SIM cards for your phone. The room is great so big and has everything you need, extremely clean spacious and comfortable would highly recommend

Only downfall was the the pool was being replaced but only being there for the night it wasn’t an issue

The hotel was down a quiet laneway away from a busy street leading to the ferry port and hence not a lot in the way of shops or restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly and always happy to call for a Bluebird metered taxi for us. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The Beer Brothers next door was good for dinner and morning coffees.

Breakfast was a little limited but OK for us.

Excellent value breakfast. Exceptionally clean room and great security. Property stillbeing built , so lots of noise , construction, drilling, in the morning no sleep in. No.pool. Good location if u need to use the Sanur harbour for the ferries or cruises, but not a swimming beach. Lots of back packers. Everything is new or still being built.

Location is deceiving if you want a swimming beach. Sanur Location is a transit harbour, not a swimming beach. A Business hub. Travellers, do your own research.

All staff make my stay memorable. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, they were friendly, accommodating, and always eager to assist with any request or question I had. Their hospitality truly added to the overall experience, the room also amazing the decoration and kitchen set was my big point. The location of the hotel very close to the beach and harbour, lots of the restaurant surrounding as well. We will definitely come back again and cant wait for their pool will be ready.

Good location for the island trip

So many mosquitoes in the room, the bathroom and toilet are in one room, which is quite smelly, the toilet itself is loose from the ground. There is no master switch next to the bed. There is no easy access charging point. The power switches cannot be reached when lying on the bed.
