Everything. From the moment we arrived the reception were very welcoming with warm pleasant smiles. the room is spacious and very clean. The room service team used to leave us nice notes on the bed everyday. the hotel is right in the middle within a very short walk to 2 metro stations, and 2 large shopping malls One last think, if they offer you a chocolate cookie take it. It's always warm and very tasty I would absolutely do it again

The only reason I didn't give them 10 is the AC unit. It's quite loud, and at night sometimes it woke me up when it suddenly started to work. Also, a magnifying mirror is simple but very useful item that is missing from the bathroom

This Double Tree price was reasonable. Not far from metro only about a 6 minute walking distance. Close to the Tyson Mall. The best experience started with Simran at the front desk who was so helpful and courteous and Samet and Ethiopia from the breakfast cafe were also the best. Those employees at this Double Tree made my experience worth coming back. They all get gold stars!

I did not like the fact that there was not a microwave in the rooms. I originally had a room with a double bed but decided to upgrade because it showed that the amenities for the upgrade had a microwave. I felt as though I was bamboozled! But thanks to the wonderful customer service my family got I was able to overlook the microwave.

The room was very clean and spacious. Thank you Dora for being so nice to me :). You are a star!. The location is very good and quiet and has close proximity to Tysons Corner Center and Walmart Supercenter. The staff at the front desk were fabulous and always ready to help with big smiles. Captain; thank you Sir-you are so kind. Not forgetting Safet and Ethiopia at the restaurant who were super funny and exciting to chat with. I will definitely plan to visit again.

I must say, this hotel was truly one of the best I've stayed in during my time in the USA. From the exceptional service and friendly staff to the comfortable beds and inviting lobby, everything exceeded my expectations. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Mahmoud at the front desk. He went above and beyond to assist me, displaying both helpfulness and professionalism. I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your stay. You won't be disappointed!

The hotel location was about a mile from the venue we were going to which enabled us to use a rideshare company to get to the comedy show we were attending! The comedy show was amazing as expected and we enjoyed dinner in the hotel's tavern which was delicious, hot and well priced, all of which were a welcomed surprise!

Overall, comfortable and quiet. Lots of storage space. Silent refrigerator.

Management needs to devote more attention to training and oversight of housekeeping staff. Despite being specifically asked at check-in if we wanted daily housekeeping, there was none on Day One. Subsequent days all had issues: two people need two robes, not one; same for glasses; why change out one glass and then leave one dirty? Why change out only one towel? If a teabag was used, replace it. Not acceptable for the Hilton brand at Northern VA/DC prices. A/C was too noisy to use in "Cool" mode. One needs to cool the room down and then shut the A/C off for the night. Air continues to circulate.

The people at the front desk are very nice, welcoming and very accommodating. Service was really great! Them giving out cookies is a nice touch that mu son really enjoyed and appreciated.

The unit was a good size but the carpet needs a good steam vacuum or replacement. It was really itchy and icky. We are so used to Hilton providing slippers whenever we stay at one of their properties in Guam and Japan but this property didn’t, that would have help with the dirty carpet at least.

Staff wew e trembly helpful and gracious. The cleanliness of the hotel and room were impeccable. Convenient to the Wolf Trap venues.

My only small complaint is that the ceiling fans in the booth section of the restaurant made the space uncomfortably cold, but the food and service were excellent.

Noise outside window where cars were parked. No visible Security personnel onsite. No one seem to know if the internet was 100% secured /protected).

Location near Metro and shopping. Buffet breakfast good (not included in our room rate). Welcoming staff.

Only one bedside lamp for 2 beds. Seemed dated. No courtesy shuttle to nearby shopping for guests arriving without personal vehicle. While Tysons Corner mall is VERY close, the road(s) pedestrians must cross are highly trafficked. Crossing International Drive to walk to the Metro is risky, one right turn lane from Rte 123 has no light to warn of pedestrians.
