Property is well located within falls church. A short bus ride to the metro. Rooms were spacious and the entire property was surprisingly clean, given that it's a long stay hotel that equips reach room/ suite with full kitchens. There aren't any frills like breakfast, but i think the reasonable price and fully equipped kitchens make it a competitive option for anyone seeking a longer stay option. I very much enjoyed my stay of 6 nights.

Some guests were a little on the rowdy side;I was staying over the new year's holiday, so that's likely why.

This place had everything I needed - a very comfortable bed, a small kitchenette, adequate size bathroom and storage, easy parking ($5/day). Everything worked and appeared clean. Overall, I was delighted with my room for a 5-day stay. I feel like this property offers good value, and the people working there are polite and helpful.

I didn't notice that there was a $5/day extra charge for parking - not a big deal, but perhaps the listing could show this more prominently. Also noticed that the walls were on the thin side - I could hear some noise from other rooms, and definitely from the parking lot.

We travelled by car so the location was great, I loved the neighborhood, quiet and safe, the building looked so American (sorry, tourists here). The room, studio actually, was very big (we even had a kitchenette), the bathroom was nice, spatious room, big TV. The bed was very comfy. 20-25mins by car till Washington DC. The staff was very kind and helpful. It has parking. We enjoyed our stay. *We recommend Cafe Kindred for breakfast, 5mins by car, 10mins walk.

You have to pay for the parking, $5/day. If you arrive late at night, you might not find an available spot for your car. We were lucky to find the last one available one night.

My reservation met and over met any expectation I might have had for my semi-long stay in Washington. I was there for 5 weeks, the place was perfectly convenient, the staff friendly and efficient. I almost felt at home

Please add a cookie sheet and an oven-safe dish for your ovens. It would help a lot for those of us who stay a bit longer and don't always feel like eating out or taking out their food

We liked the space that we had with the suite. It was very roomy. The full kitchen was so nice to have too! It also included all the dishes and utensils we needed. Everything was very clean.

The fold out couch bed wasn't what we expected. It wasn't bad, just not what we expected. There wasn't a sheet provided for it either, only a blanket and pillow. We didn't have enough towels and washcloths in the room upon arrival. It was a small inconvenience though, and when I went down to the front desk they were very accommodating.

It was a good value for a one bedroom suite at the last minute. The suite is updated and has everything you would need. The area has an old town vibe and there are places to go within walking distance..

It is an extended stay hotel, so be prepared for the smells that come from people cooking and being there longer than a week or so. We were put next to the elevator on the 4th floor. It was very loud. The walls are thin too . The parking is very narrow. There is no breakfast if you like that.

Spacious rooms for a hotel more like an apartment. Tvs in all rooms. Dining area. Kitchen with utensils. Grocery store Aldi at a walkable distance.beds were surprisingly great. I got a good sleep.

The key cards used to unlock the doors are a hit and a miss. They need to upgrade the system or fix that somehow like how other hotels do this or add mobile access with NFC. The fire alarm went off for no reason two days in a row! At night waking me up from a good sleep. They were doing some maintenance work which might have triggered this. The Hotel has so much potential and I don't want to be too judgemental with my one stay but they need to fix the lock mechanism as I have read other reviews as well saying the same.

The location, though perhaps not the best for DC tourists, is ideal for us. Good value for the money. Friendly and responsive staff. Parking is $5 per day. Beds are comfortable enough. It works.

No more free breakfast, but you can't have everything. FYI, the sofa in living room is not a pull-out -- you just put sheets on the sofa, which is not going to work well for teenagers or above. Door key card system is unreliable -- takes a few attempts every time.

Very nice suite, good layout with big fridge and sofa bed. Felt very comfortable for 3 adults. Good bathroom, everything was clean. Friendly staff, free cookies between 4.00-6.00pm weekdays! Decent price compared to inflated proces for other hotel chains. My first time in Sonesta Suites, we will look out for them in future.

location was not the best for our requirements. Hallway and creaky elevator need refresh.

Hotel hard to find. It doesn't look like a hotel from the street. The on street parking for the neighborhood blocks the sign. Very limited parking and there is a daily parking fee. We had a local family member meet us for a day of fun, and we had to get special permission for her to park there. There was only 1 ice machine and it was on the first floor. We had the 2 bedroom unit and while it was advertised with a sleeper sofa but it was only a sofa.
