The rooms are really nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good, and complete. The staff was amazing, they were really friendly and helpful with all our requests. It was my birthday and my girlfriend planned a surprise for me with the hotel and they were supper helpful and cooperative with everything and managed to keep it a secret from me. The spa is also really nice and calm, although we were travelling during low season so it might get busier during the summer months. Overall, it was a great experience and we had a really nice time.

There could be more fruit at breakfast, and an outdoor swimming pool would be a great addiction.

Brand new hotel with very friendly staff, nice public areas, comfortable rooms and good bathrooms. Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. Great view, good Wifi and a comfy lounge and bar area. Having gotten the room for a two digit price and looking at the alternatives in the area, it's not a bad deal. But while the rest of the hotel is very nice and up the to usual prices, I would have found the rooms a bit disappointing had i paid any more for it.

The location isn't perfect. The area around is still in heavy development and a good walk away from touristic areas including restaurant alternatives to the rather fancy and expensive dinner at the hotel. The spa itself is nice and relaxing, but not very large and quickly filled up with guests. That in itself wouldnt be an issue, but it became very noisy with kids and overall I think it would be better to make it an adult only space, or at least have the staff take better care to keep the area calm. The pool is quite small and very shallow.

The hotel is very new with a modern, stylish design throughout. Excellent parking facilities. Great rooftop bar and all staff were very friendly. Very good location, less than a ten minute walk to the castle and centre of Sines. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Sines.

Very comfortable, clean, good value hotel with good location in Sines. Extensive buffet breakfast in bright dining room. Excellent leisure facilities on ground floor including gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and massage. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful in every way. Will definitely be back!

All good really. The hotel was quiet but still very new so that's understandable.

It's pretty new hotel so you can expect clean and comfortable stay here. The room was clean and cozy, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good, I would say even exceptional. The hotel offers SPA and gym services.

Sauna in SPA area didn't work due to some technical issue during our stay in September 2023.

Nice hotel at outside the centre. All the staff and personeel where very friendly and helpfull. The hotel was tree Days open. It was a pleasur to stay there

Very clean, modern, comfortable hotel. Bedrooms excellent (though no choice of pillows!). Breakfast tasty with lots of choice. Lovely rooftop bar. Good location for beach and quiet town.

We had dinner at the restaurant and were fully satisfied about the menu and about the large selection of very good wines. More than that, we have had a very enjoyable evening with the very friendly serving staff.

If check-in time is set to 1500 I would really appreciate to have it ready at that time.

Lays in an industrial area that was a big surprise when driving to the hotel. Luckily the industry is across the mountain and therefore not so visible

The staff were very pleasent , always helpful and attentive, modern facility, excellent breakfast and very accessible
