The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly thanks to Johnathon. The breakfast included was a great option for my family and I, we also enjoyed the close proximity to a lot of amenities and shopping.

The FALSE advertising of airport shuttle on the website, that was a very disappointing inconvenience for me and my family. That needs to be addressed immediately

The hotel is charming. Check-in was fast and easy. The hotel had good breakfast and provide coffee, tea and water 24/7. The staff was warm and friendly and greeted everyone well. They hotel has a nice gym and all my special requests were fulfilled. The hotel is located in a great location near lots of shopping centres, malls and restaurants.

The rug near the a-c unit was soaking wet. I'm certain leaks were reported but that definitely needs to be fixed.

THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT ALL OF MY THREE (3) EYE DOCTORS WERE IN THE ONE LOCATION (PLANTION). THE BREAKFAST WAS ALRIGHT - THE COFFEE WAS EXCELLENT. WE STAYED FOR FOUR (4) NIGHTS AND WE HAD TO REQUEST ROOM SERVICE ON THE THIRD DAY; WE DIDN'T TAKE THE TIME TO QUESTION THIS PARTICULAR SITUATION, BUT THAT WAS A SMALL ISSUE.

THE BREAKFAST WASN'T COMPLETE, ONLY AN AJPPLE AS FR;UIT CHOICE, NO BUTTER FOR THE TOAST, NO 1% MILK FOR THE CEREAL, AND NOT ENOUGH CHOICE(S) FOR THE BREAKFAST. EGG, PROTIEN, STARCH - BUT YET AGAIN THE COFFEE WAS GREAT!!!!!!!

I liked the location with the Broward Mall so conveniently close. The breakfast was varied and delicious/tasty The staff members were friendly and helpful especially Amrita who was superb in her willingness to advise and assist without hesitation. She was an Angel to me. Thank you so much.

The fact that the shuttle was advertised and not available. This was an advantage considered in the choice of hotels.

Staff were friendly and most helpful. Special thanks Anne and Fatima. Breakfasts were well stocked and lots of choices. The pool area was perfect for relaxing in the sun. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Shuttle to cruise port. Location of the hotel is close to Broward shopping mall and also another area (The Fountains Shopping) with restaurants, shopping and perfect for strolling around in the evening.

Airport shuttle wasn't in operation when we arrived at 8PM and had to pay for a taxi. There was a shuttle to the cruise port but not from the there back to the hotel. The rugs in the rooms on the first first floor were worn and stained. Also had to pay for a taxi to go early to the airport because the shuttle didn't start until 6AM.

The reception staff were friendly & extremely helpful especially when having difficulty odering a uber on few occasions which they managed to sort out. We were so grateful for all your help & a huge thank you from us!

The room temperature was too cold so switched it off which made it far more comfortable during our two weeks stay. Think this was due to a gap under the room door to corridor where the air con was always on.

Very clean with a very nice staff. Rooms are big. Shampoo conditioner and body wash included in shower.

The breakfast needs serious work. Had a waffle maker but only strawberry waffle mix, no potatoes, eggs only had cheese in them in a folded taco looking way, no bacon only like some kind of sausage cut up. No bananas, no yogurt. My husband is a scrambled egg, bacon, and waffle eater, but he was out of luck and ate nothing. Very disappointing, we have stayed at other Hampton Inns that had a much better breakfast.

This my second time staying at this location and I really appreciate the service, from Airport drop off with John to being able to send packages there prior to stay and even being able to store suitcases after check out. Staff are always helpful and friendly and the location is right across from Broward Mall which is a major convenience. Target a few minutes walk on foot and near many restaurants. All in all this hotel is great value for money.

Spent only one night in this hotel while waiting to board a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale. It ticked all the boxes for this purpose. Was within easy walking distance to a large, somewhat upscale mall, a Target store, restaurants etc. Provided a free shuttle from the airport and a $5 pp ride to the cruise port which was only about 15 min away. Had a nice pool and weight room, decent breakfast, pleasant staff. Will keep this property on my list of good short-term accommodation.

This property is very well located - within easy walking distance to the Broward Mall and to a number of restaurants. Also, not far from the airport. The staff, especially Keisha, Tia and Marcus were friendly and most helpful at all times. The complimentary breakfast was very good and well appreciated.

Having a safe in the room would have been useful.
