We really liked our studio suite. It made our stay feel more homey.

The television was challenging. It would have been nice to have written instructions. Our TV would turn itself back on after 5 minutes of pushing the power button. It was aggravating to the point I would unplug the TV every night. Also, the mattress had wore areas near the edge. Sleeping was difficult, trying not to roll of the side of the bed.

I liked that breakfast came with the stay. The room was clean and staff friendly.

During breakfast, it was a Holiday and it closed at 9:30, at 9 they were running out of coffee, pancake batter and a few other items. They did not replace these items even when asked. Also, I took the free shuttle to the hotel from the airport, I waited 45 minutes for the driver to pick me up. Other hotels had picked up guests 3 times over before our ride came. Very disappointed about this.

Cleaned daily, the room had full amenities, they even had hand lotion, dish liquid, a hamper to carry your clothing to wash room, oh by the way the laundry room is free!! Free breakfast, free evening food, free coffee just about all day, Front desk was always welcome even in the middle of the night.

Needs more parking spaces

Everything was fine with the breakfast and the room.

We needed to get a taxis to get to the office of our client and to get dinner in the evening. We're foreigners so our phones were not working very well. We though the receptionist might ring the taxi for us. Nope you have to do that yourself! It seems like we don't help guests unless unless we are getting money from them! That would not happen in Ireland or UK or anywhere in Europe. They would ring the taxi for you. Being helpful costs nothing!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and sofa pullout. 2 bathrooms. Excellent access to highway to attend the Orange Bowl, even with traffic. Plenty of space for our group of 5. Convenience stores nearby. Beds were of expected comfort for the price.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Premade cheese omelettes a bit rubbery.

I absolutely would recommend this hotel. We were going on a cruise the next day and it was very convenient to the airport and cruise port. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had shuttle pick us up from airport, was told it would be approximately 30 minutes but it was 1 hour and 40 minutes instead. Shuttle to cruise port was right on time though.

Very clean. Good breakfast but it ended early. Kiki was very nice when we checked in late at night.

Front desk staff on Thursday during the day was not very helpful. Tried to ask questions and she was kind of rude. “Free” shuttle driver made sure we knew he worked on tips before he let us in the shuttle. At $250a night, I thought that was inappropriate

Exceptionally clean facility. Rooms very clean and housekeeping daily. Free hot breakfast every morning. Good variety of foods to choose from. Free washer and dryer on site. Kitchenette was well stocked with everything needed to prepare your own meals.

Facility do not have a restaurant on site, so you are left with finding somewhere to eat for lunch and dinner HOWEVER, there are very nice, reasonably priced eating places in the area, that are a short drive away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had great options and there was always someone there tending to it. The room was clean, spacious, and was equipped with everything you need to cook.

The amount of mosquitoes by the pool made it hard to enjoy with kids. Also, I wish there had been more tables available to eat breakfast at.

We booked this hotel solely because we wanted to visit the Hard Rock Casino, it is the closest decent accommodation to the HR and the price reflects this. They run a free shuttle to the HR. Hotel was clean and staff very helpful.

It’s expensive for what it is. There is no bar or restaurant on site which would benefit all who stay there as there is nothing walkable from the hotel. The breakfast options were ok but plastic cutlery and paper plates? For what you pay to stay they should really provide proper plates and cutlery.
