The hotel is located in an extremely convenient location, right off of I95. There are many places to shop and eat around the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was hot and had several choices.

The full sized beds were, well, small. I wish they had the option for queen sized beds as sleeping in the full size was very uncomfortable. Also, I chose to pay at the hotel, however I received a phone call asking for me to pay before my stay because they were full. This was a problem as I was driving, which made it difficult to give information. The staff was friendly and understanding, however it was very inconvenient. Also, in these times I was nervous to give additional information over the phone as this could possibly be someone scamming me. The breakfast was hot and fresh, however more fruit options would be a great addition.

This hotel is in a good location being directly off of 95 South. There are plenty of restaurants and gas stations in the area. They also have designated parking for trailers which was super convenient since we were hauling a trailer. The staff was friendly and courteous. We also received a courtesy call from the hotel to be sure we were still planning on checking in and to reassure us that our room would be ready when we arrived. Check in was quick and the room was as expected. No complaints. Very pleased with this hotel.

Great location for us with Carolina Outlets and many dinning choices within blocks. The hotel is generally quiet and clean. I have respiratory allergies so cleanliness and pet free is extremely important. The staff members are always very polite and friendly. I say always because this is our hotel of choice as we often travel on I95. The breakfast has well rounded choices, waffle machine, eggs and sausage, cereals, fruit, yogurt, and above all pretty good coffee. This is very good for (not a full kitchen) breakfast.

Minor maintenance. I did not report to the staff that the shower button was way too hard to operate. My wife, after being told she had to pull down really hard, still couldn't operate the shower. My bad for failing to report that!

Hotel is very clean; breakfast was substantial; front desk was very accommodating. This is a very good place to stop on way to/back from travelling to/from Florida. There was a smoke fire in the hotel shortly after we arrived; had to spend an hour in the lobby while the situation was sorted out, but thankfully, no significant damage, and no one was hurt. However, the hotel gave us $20 off our bill due to the inconvenience!

Location is difficult to access from the main road; trust your navigation system, or else you might miss it!

We have stayed at this location before. It is very close to restaurants and outlets. Love Caroliina Pottery! Rooms were nice, loved the shower dispensers. Very nice shower!

Other than I prefer coffee urns instead of pump pots. I have worked with these before and young people tend to not clean them properly. Also if you want to stand alone in the breakfast category, contract local bakeries for a select amount of fresh made muffins, scones, biscuits, or donuts. Leave the store bought for late risers.

A perfect location near shopping, restaurants, and things to do locally! The entrance to the area is one of best laid out we've ever seen! Really liked the room having a larger refrigerator, which was so helpful! Excellent breakfast, terrific and friendly staff, great location, and super price! The hotel boasts a nice fitness room and pool. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing! It was superb!!!!!

The location is excellent. Pool was clean. Loved that it had outside towels and a bathroom at the pool. Staff was superior! Love that they had big bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The pillows were excellent. The sheets and blankets were clean and so white. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good. Fried eggs, scramble eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice.

The people above us were so loud. It sounded like they were bowling in their room all night. I didn't get much sleep. And the bed was very firm.

Excellent. I left accidentally left two articles in my room after I had checked out and they actually called me to let me know that I had left something in the room. The front desk clerk said my articles would be at the desk for me to pick up. I was so surprised that they called me!! Excellent customer service from all of the staff!!

Breakfast was good, could use more fruit though. I loved that the coffee & tea were available all the time. Warm cookies on arrival are a great treat along with the tea. Very nice dinning area with nice choices.

Everything was above expectations. Cleanliness was exceptional. Coffee & tea available all our visit. Short walk to restaurants. We will stay again.
