Very good location with fantastic souroundings, tasty breakfast with a wide selection of food and drinks. Overall very good stay. Highly recomended

There was a misterious doors in my room which was locked, apparently the doors was leading to the next room. So when the neighbours came back to the room it was quite loud :) . Unfortunatelly the doors was not soundproof, quite dissapointing.

To pay extra for going to the span when you pause for a spa weekend that is expencive

We liked the surrounding and closeness to the sea, the rich breakfast and possibility to move easily with little boat or ferry to the other part of peninsula.

The parking system and specialy the administrator *helpfulness*. We arrived quite late and tired, but it turned out that the elevator was not working and we had to carry our own luggage to the fourth floor. When we asked if anyone could help, we didn't seem to get an answer. I am still amazed at the indifference of the administrator. Such willingness to help is definitely not up to the level of a hotel! In the morning, all the luggage had to be brought down again without an elevator.

Bar area was nice. Breakfast was good.

Run down and not clean rooms. Dinner was avg and not value for money.

Location, parking, breakfast. The location is beautiful, the area around even more beautiful. The parking was app based and very easy. The breakfast had everything you can ask for.

The beds and the location of the rooms. We had a room with two single beds. The beds were abt 75 cm wide only and very soft. We could hardly get some hours of sleep and experienced painful wake-ups. You could hear every single noise from the corridor. The neighbor room had its balcony almost in front the single window of our room. The room was pretty warm, hard to ventilate and no cooling.

Terrible expensive because nothing was included. Spa entrance was expensive. Massage was not available!!! The suite we had was very expensive. The coffee machine was difficult to manage and we had to ask for coffee! Not any glasses was replaced. Had to ask for that too!!! Definitely not to tempting to go back or suggest for friends or family I’m 😧

I did not expect to get a handicap room at the end of the corridor. I asked in the restaurant if the cod was a fancy fish and chips, and was told NO NO, and the dish was just a fancy over fried fish and chips. The filet was also tiny. I think the bufet would have been better.

No kettle or cups in room as advertised. Parking was extra and payable to another company, which was a hassle. Customer service was pretty poor, especially for a hotel of that level.

The property is fantastic in terms of the building and the setting. The staff, though, was completely unqualified. We checked in and neither person had a single recommendation for things to do in the area. Wait staff was also unqualified. It was clearly a beautiful physical property, but poorly managed.
