The hotel impressed with its impeccable cleanliness, exceptionally comfortable beds, and a well-appointed bathroom featuring delightful cosmetics. Location just next to the central square where a Christmas Market took places was really amazing surprise.

Accessing the room on the top floor with a suitcase can be a challenge due to numerous stairs. Lack of 24/7 on-site personnel (eg. at reception desk) is a bit of a strange experience. Additionally, the price seemed really high for the overall offering.

Get a code to get in but the owners were inside and i vot a warm welcome ! There is a room were you can sit and get some refreshments from a machine. Nicely situated on the Markt in Andernach. Parking nearby.

Well, i was on the 3rd floor, no lift as the beautifull renovated building is from 1890. Positive is i am fit again after doing the 55 steps up and down many times !

Clean room with enough space and well organized bathroom and clothing space. Very friendly and professional service. Decent breakfast with good produce and individual service. Very convenient location right next to the Marktplatz.

The studio had a lot of natural light and was very well equipped and the staff was very friendly and accommodating

There was no lift (which is usually okay but since we had to carry the baby stroller back and forth it was a hassle)

Great hotel in a nice location. My flight was delayed but I was still able to access the property late at night with clear instructions. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff were really nice. Thank you for the coffee in the morning.

No air conditioning. Fridge not plugged in before we arrived. No reception staff. Complicated electronic system to operate windows and blinds.

The staff was really nice, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, very nice shower, comfy bed :) Hotel situated on a square where you can eat and drink. They have a safe place to park your back if you need to. The breakfast is amazing. The best we had during our trip ! So much to choose from, tasty. We will book again if we come back to the area !

Very well-working check-in even without any personell involved. Spotless room. Two wonderful women efficiently handling the checkout and going out of their way to making me feel welcome.

Not a problem for me, but the room was on the third floor without an elevator. People with problems climbing stairs should ask for rooms on a lower floor.
