I really like this hotel & I am so glad I found it. I have stayed here four times now travelling from the UK to Italy and it's so close & easy to find from the motorway. I have a very small dog, so unable to use all the facilities, but for those who like spa's & wellness centres, it would be ideal. I always ask for an easy access room, due to carrying my luggage & little dog's bed etc & they always try their hardest to accommodate me. There is also a lovely bar & restaurant and a great seating area outside to have your glass of wine. On my last visit I found great country walks a stones throw away from the hotel. I would certainly recommend a stay here.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

The hotel is located in a small village near Mulhouse and is, it seemed to me, mostly a transit one. We stayed in it to travel around the region. The advantage of the hotel is the availability of private parking. The rooms are very small - you immediately feel it when you get there (the deluxe room was only 17 m), it's hard to find a place for suitcases so as not to trip over them. There is no heating, only air-conditioning, condensate flows from single-chamber windows (we stayed in December). The bathroom is quite pleasant and ergonomic (except for the height of the installation of the toilet bowl: with a height of 165, I obviously have not grown up to it😊). Not a very pleasant impression at the first acquaintance with the room was left by hair sticking to the wall (on a white tile they were very visible). The hotel has a SPA area with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam (hammam was not working at that time), the finishing there was already a bit tired, but in general it was a great addition in the cold season. We did not use the restaurant, so I can not say anything about the quality of breakfast and other food. As a plus, I want to note the pleasant and helpful staff at the reception. P.S. For 5 nights of our stay at the hotel, the fire alarm went off 2 times (late in the evening and in the morning), which somewhat did not add comfort to the stay.

The Receptionist on our arrival was very friendly, polite and helpful. Check in was very straightforward. This was a stopover, part way through a long journey to Italy. Our freezer blocks, keeping our travel food fresh, were placed in the kitchen freezer overnight with no hesitation. A small thing but something that we really appreciated. Our room was a 'comfort room' in the building across the road from the main hotel. It was compact but clean and comfortable, appropriate for the price we paid. We didn't use the restaurant for dinner or breakfast as my husband was not well. Quick and easy check-out. We would use this hotel again.

The staff were all very friendly. It was a very clean room, the breakfast was good, there was ample free parking. There were storks nearby that I enjoyed watching. I only stayed the night, but when I went into the local store all the people were very friendly locally. The hotel did had some English language channels.

The room was very small. I am a big guy at about 6‘ 4”/193 cm and 240lbs/109 kilograms. Sometimes I felt like I was playing the twister game in areas of the room. Also the part of the building I stayed in didn’t have a elevator. So I had to go up and down the three levels stairs with baggage. It may be burdensome for a person who is older. I am 56. If I were 10-15 years older. It would be a lot.

All of it. We didn’t use the pool or spa as we only wanted a one night stay. Dinner was fine, nice wines. The room was Well appointed and properly designed. No unnecessary pictures or silly cushions. A pleasant, practical room. And we has a cute little balcony. Very hapoy with the experience. If we are in the area again it will be our hotel of choice.

It was all perfectly good. No complaints.

Super friendly staff who made our stay comfortable, spacious family room, nice indooe swiming pool and very nice dining area

Our room was very cold, all the time- it seems like it need to be btter heated. The fact that the swiming pool was closed for children starting 17h00 effected our fun- it should be later (for example: adults only starting from 19:00).

Excellent reception staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. Half-pension dinner was excellent. Hotel very well located for autoroute but still had village ‘feel’ ie not on an industrial estate.

Very unhelpful waiter at dinner. Layout of breakfast bar felt cramped but lack of room would make it difficult to change. Lack of lift in over the road accommodation block - our fault, we should have checked.

We booked the dinner, bed and breakfast option which was excellent value for an overnight stop. When we got to the restaurant, we found a very varied and top quality menu and chose a preferred dish, instead of the set menu. That was no problem at all, the set dinner has a value that is simply deducted from your bill, whatever you actually eat and drink. We loved that flexibility. The food was excellent. The staff were all charming, cheerful and helpful, hard to do on a hot night when the hotel is full. Beds were super comfortable and sheets lovely and soft. There is a lock up carpark, great when you've got a fully loaded car.

There is a small design fault in the showers. The glass panel separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom is 10-20cm too short. This means that you tend to wet the floor when having a shower. It is more a problem for the cleaning staff.

Quaint, picturesque & pretty hotel & village. Modern bathroom. Staff did their best to communicate & be helpful. My food from set menu was delicious.

Room probably too small for 4. Sofa bed caved in at one end & shower drain blocked. Overspent at dinner as due to language differences room with board was not explained. Husband’s dinner took 45min & when it came was not cooked as requested. It took me till the next morning to clear bill discrepancy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was okay for the one night stay. Food in the restaurant was very good. Easy to get to from the main road, where we were travelling back up to Calais.

No shower gel/soap in the shower. The room was quite small, but adequate, as we only needed somewhere to put our heads for the night. Aircon, was centrally set to 23 degrees and could not be varied. Way too warm for our liking.
