Can’t beat the location right in the main square of the city. Only steps away from food, drinks and entertainment. Road access 30 seconds away. Very clean and the fastest elevators ever. Staff were helpful anytime we needed. Very quiet room even though you’re on the main square.

Terrible room layout and worst possible shower. Small and cramped but with a shuffle of some furniture it was comfortable enough. Bathroom flooded with an inch of water at all times due to shower.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Despite my late arrival, they managed the delayed check-in smoothly, and to my surprise, they even upgraded me to a better room free of charge since it was available. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and absolutely spotless. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and it was clear they prioritize hygiene and attention to detail. The front desk staff spoke fluent English, which made communication seamless. They were always eager to assist with recommendations, answer questions, and ensure everything went smoothly. They were also very understanding and flexible with my request for a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The combination of exceptional service, cleanliness, and the surprise room upgrade made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality!

Perfect location, everything is walking distance from the hotel. We went during season down time so we paid half of what the regular rate is. The staff were very friendly and nice and while the room was nice and cosy, I would not want to pay a full price for it.

The parking, which you pay for, is only available for the hours of your stay, every minute before check in or after check out is extra, so we could not arrive earlier to walk around the city. In addition, there was a weird humid smell coming from the bathroom. While the hotel was nice and looked modern, you can tell that the building is quite old and the quality that they renovated with is not very good, more like a bandage solution. The safe was not working and the doors were also not the regular heavy doors that you have at the hotels, but very simple light wood doors, doesn't give much confidence in safety.

The breakfast is served in a caffe next door which is fine but the first morning we were served at 10.00 am even though the breakfast hours was from 8.30 until 11.00. I’m not sure if the staff slept in from the time change or what else may have happened but the place was closed until 9.30. Also very small menu to choose from.

The Queen room was very spacious. Location is excellent. Staff very helpfull. There is paid parking around the corner from the hotel but must be pre booked in advance.

Parking at the garage around the corner was problematic. Even though we had pre booked and paid - when we came back from a day out there was no space and we were made to wait. I think the guy just got confused because he was very appologetic. The windows are absolutely filthy. covered in cobwebs.

We visited for one night only to attend a concert in Plovdiv. It was clean, modern, comfortable and easy. It’s located right at the border of the “new” and “old” city, in the new. Quiet for this location, even though our room was on the first floor. Could sleep with the windows open. Room is small but has adequate amenities and is modernity furnished and well kept. We only checked in and out - no more interactions with the staff, and all was well. Parking is off site in a small street very close to the hotel. The Roman theater could be reached in about 10pm a slow walking, Kapana is at the same distance. Overall, a very good place if you don’t insist on sleeping in tue old part of tue city. Price could be lower but yeah.

The location very good, easy to see all the important historical objectives. The parking spot very close to the location. Room and bathroom very clean.

We did not like that the breakfast is out of the hotel, and is expensive for what they give. The waitress did not speak english and she could not find the menu in english. The bathroom is very, very small. I could not see that in the pictures, i did not understand, if i knew i will not choose this hotel.

Very central location. Helpful staff. Paid parking can be reserved at a location, two mins walk away. GBN20 from 2.00pm to 2.00pm the next day. After 2.00pm you pay extra per hour. Care as hotel in a pedestrian area, so if possible first locate the parking area by obtaining GPS coordinates before, then proceed to the hotel on foor, especially if travelling light. Would use hotel again.

No breakfast availabe but can book through the hotel at a restaurant nearby. Not worth doing so. Just go out of the hotel and pick your own choice in the very close options.

Good hotel with perfect location in city center, the bed was very comfortable. The male receptionist was very nice and always had an smile to help you with any problem you could have with your stay.

The small bathroom has a shower which has no separation with the toilet, so when you shower water goes everywhere around the bathroom making it unusable until the water drains. Very stupid design One of the receptionists was rude and not helpful at all, making the check in and checkout experience very uncomfortable

Nice, modern minimalistic rooms just the type that I love but with all amenities available. Comfortable stay at the heart with the city. Definitely a value for the money spent.

Visiting with car could be challenging for obvious reasons - this is the absolute center of the city. Limited parking spots are available at nearby parking at additional cost. I was lucky to find a place withing the city's paid zone.
