The location of this property is amazing. We stayed in junior suite room and had an awesome view of Khangchendzonga mountain range. Also this hotel is close by the MG marg. The staff were good. I loved the delicious food. 😊 this is my third visit to Gangtok and so far this is my best stay there.

I am a lazy fellow - so, walking path from MG marg to the hotel seemed bit steep for me. But for trekking enthusiasts, it can be a treat. 😊

Breakfast had limited options. Live Dosa counter needs attention. Improper batter mix for Dosa and heavy idlies are surely a turn off. Other food which we had ordered tasted very good.

Interrupted power supply and slow lift were spoilers.

We initially booked the cheaper room but then upgraded ourselves after the first night to the better rooms with a view. The view was stunning and I highly recommend spending that little bit extra for it! Beds were comfy and breakfast was good.

I liked everything but I do think The cafe needs to open earlier

it is beautiful and nice hotel.All staffs are very supportive and helpful especially front manager Romika. She understood problem and sorted out quickly. breakfast contains lots of option and tasteful.

It is located near to MG road but on high altitude than that of MG road that means when you come from MG road you would have to walk on steep ascending road. It’s up to you how you are fit in walking 😊

The location, ambiance, Cleanliness, staff behaviour was excellent.

The quality of food is not up to the mark. Need to improve this.

The location - the hotel is situated at a 3 minute walking distance from MG Marg. You can get a clear view of the snow clad mountains on a clear day from some rooms and the roof. The bakery is good. The staff were polite and helpful. Service was prompt.

Parking is available but can accommodate only a few cars. So will recommend connecting with the hotel prior to bringing your own car

The hotel location and room size was appropriate for 3 persons. It was cofy and roomy. Food options were nice and presented quite nicely. Staff was helpful. Other facilities like Taxi/Sight seeing/Pickup and Drop were nicely arranged.

The beds could have been more better. They were too soft. Needed a more firm mattress. The hotel does not have any exterior garden except from some hangout space in the front.

The location & hospitality of the staff members were really good.

The housekeeping wasn’t good enough in terms of wiping the room clean and emptying the bathroom dustbins everyday. We had to call to get the cleaning done. But everything else in the hotel was really good.

Well its reasonably clean and location is good. One can go down 350 mtrs to MG Road Market. However its difficult to climb back unless you are used to or you climb in installments. Still better take a cab. Food is good. Breakfast is a good spread. Good view of kanchanjunga I guess from some rooms or from the road leading to assembly. They have a nice place to keep the luggage

Wi Fi connection is unstable. Was supplied with one face towel for two people.They said you need to ask for another one on account of their being ecologically concious. They could think of adding one more sofa in the room

Stay, Staff, View, Coffee in the Cafe, Location near MG Marg. They had a small car parking too.

They really need to work on breakfast. Out of 5 days of stay, only one or two days of breakfast was good. Rest all days, it was not that great.Breakfast and the nuts kept in the room were soggy
