Lots of towels, they gave us 4 bath towels and wash clothes which was great. I also liked that the soap for the sink was in a dispenser instead of those tiny soap bars. There's so many lighting options in the room, bed lights, ceiling lights, ambient lighting across the TV, etc. There weren't many guests on the night we stayed so the whole building was very quiet and comfortable and breakfast was not a rush either. I liked that the coffee and hot water was available 24/7. The beds were comfortable, pillows were plush and not flat and walking distance to KFC and Dunkin Donuts if needed.

The refrigerator in the room was very noisy, could hear it running all night. There were a couple of stray hairs in the bathtub, but I'll give them a pass on that since I only noticed them when I sat down on the toilet and not when I stood up and peeked in, probably wasn't visible to housekeeping doing their checks. There's only one elevator and the breakfast area is small, I imagine if the hotel was full then going up and down the floors will be a headache and the hallways would be noisy and they would run out of food quickly.

The hotel seemed new (July 2023) - nice and clean all around (lobby, hallways, bedroom, bathroom). Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a KFC, a Taco Bell, and a Dunkin just a stone's throw away, which was convenient. And a 3-4 minute walk to the 7-11. Lots of free parking, and the hotel was far enough back from the highway that car noise wasn't an issue.

We could hear some footsteps and/or creaking at night from rooms that were adjacent or above - not terrible, but enough to get your attention. The pillows were a bit too firm (maybe just new). Not too many breakfast options in the hotel - but can supplement what you might end up buying outside.

Johnathan, (evening staff) was welcome, friendly, informative and helpful. I love the water and fresh baked cookies as we entered the lobby. The breakfast bar was well presented with a variety of fresh food. We had a great stay and will return. I have already recommended it to several friends. Thank you.

It was a really good value for money. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with a great variety of choices although the property didn't have a kitchen. The hotel was nice and clean and it was also very quiet. The beds were comfy. The location was good, there were many shops and restaurants around, and it's easy to explore Finger Lakes from here.

Modern clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby. Location by Finger Lakes Casino and Racetrack was a bonus since it provided entertainment in the evening and a fun afternoon at the Horse Racetrack.

Walls were thin and you could hear people next door. Bathroom very small with no counter space. Need to have plugs near mirrors so women can use curling irons, etc. to fix their hair without tying up the bathroom from other roommates.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Rooms and corridor smelled very fresh. Good toiletries. Space to sit by the window was a nice add-on - good place to grab a coffee and enjoy the outside view in the morning. Happy with the breakfast as well, although it wasn't traditional continental breakfast, there were enough options to have something and get going. Lobby area is beautiful. And finally, All the staff was very friendly. Totally worth the money!!

The evening we were there kids were running up and down the halls making a lot of noise. I finally had to call the front desk at 11:45 to ask them to quiet the kids down. They did and I appreciate it but would have liked it better if I had not had to call and just have the staff take care of it because when I called the lobby was noisey enough for me to hear it over the phone.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were seamless and easy. The location of the hotel is good--not too far from Canandaigua and other towns with more to do. Room was pretty spacious!

Our room was was fairly clean but not completely spotless, which is what I expect when I pay to stay somewhere.

Check in and out was friendly and efficient. Very surprised with how open and inviting front lobby was. Room and hotel very clean and appears decor was new or recently updated. Good location for us between Finger Lakes and Rochester New York, For those who want fast food variety there is a Taco Bell, KFC and Dunkin Donuts just out front door. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property.

Was not a big issue but breakfast menu a bit limited and carb focused. Pancake machine was down both days so wife was a bit depressed. She got over it! Coffee machine was operating after breakfast hours but having juice machine operational as well would be nice and probably not that costly.

Location was convenient to where I had to be. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good enough for kids and that is all that mattered. I will book again if I am in that area.

I wish they had bigger rooms to fit more than 4 because I have a family of 8 so I had to book two rooms and separate which I did not like.
