The location was good and the property was clean.

I flew into the airport and prearranged shuttle pick up. The shuttle was not there to pick me up. I called the property more than 15 times and nobody answered the phone. I had to arrange for a ride, that cost $50.

The overall experience was great. The property was clean and in good condition. All staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was adequate. Even if you missed breakfast, there is a full service restaurant at another hotel directly across the driveway as well as a Mexican fast food place in the same location. All the guests I saw were either families or tourists. This place was the second cheapest in town. That being said, there were no drifter/sketchy guests. My son has moved to Bozeman for school. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town.

The staff was exceptional.

The walls are kinda thin at least in the area I was in. I heard every door slam, people's conversations and even the road noise🤨 Also, I booked a suite with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa but when I got to the facility I was given a room with a king bed and a large bathroom with a shower and garden tub. Originally I was supposed to have additional guests that's why I booked a room with 3 beds, they canceled so it worked out, but if they had come would they have provided me the room I booked?

Excellent location, convenient to MSU, shopping. Breakfast room was large and, while similar to other models, seemed a step above (Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, a variety of fresh muffins, cereal, yogurt, the obligatory waffle machines, bagels, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, apple juice, orange juice, multiple coffee/tea, hot chocolate). Bozeman had 5 inches of snow the second night we were there and the hotel did a great job of clearing it from the parking lot and the sidewalks by the time we woke up…sidewalks were also treated to keep from getting icy (not sure if it was salt or minerals)

Wish there was more luggage storage available. Great for one suitcase, but as a couple we had to use table to open second suitcase which negated use of table for snacking/working on laptop. Mattress was uncomfortable/springs worn, should probably be replaced. The entrance to the inn off W Oak St wasn’t easy to see at night, it would’ve been nice if the small Days Inn sign was lit up.

Usual decent Days Inn motel rooms with all you need (coffee, fridge, microwave, etc.). WiFi ok but not especially fast (10Mbps). Beds very comfortable.

The ceiling in one of our allocated rooms started dropping plaster powder, apparently from a water leak upstairs, but the room was replaced with no problem. Breakfast was just about ok. It was labelled as served until 9am, but when we arrived at 8.30am half of the cooked food options had run out and weren’t replaced. There was also just one waffle maker, so the queue to get one cooked was long.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was chosen as the customer of the day, with a free upgrade. Made me feel really special. The hotel was pretty quiet. We had the whole pool to ourselves. Rooms were nice and clean. The pillows were excellent, made for a goods night rest. The breakfast was just as expected. Standard, simple, and good. Hubby and I really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was excellent, but if I was nitpicking. The breakfast sausages coulda been cooked evenly.

Room was convenient to entrance and breakfast room on ground floor. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating made me feel welcome. The ac unit had a sleep mode which made sleeping easy The hot tub was very clean and the pool area was relaxing. Coffee was very good

The room had a musty smell when you first went in and the lighting could have been better. Breakfast was skimpy with very few selections of hot food

The room was nice and clean and very quiet, other than the wall air conditioner that was super loud. We just turned it off while watching television.

Breakfast was average. The lady working in the breakfast area was working the entire time but not super responsive. We had two bottles of conditioner and no shampoo but when the staff was notified, they corrected immediately.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Location to free bus line was terrific. Bed and pillows are great. Room had fridge, microwave, coffee and tea. Water pressure very good. Decent value. Complimentary airport shuttle.

The Wifi was slow and kept dropping. Cell service was weak (non-5G). The heater was a bit noisy but adequate. Breakfast was decent but could have had more hot choices and half and half. One of the lights was not working but we had a short stay and didn't bother to mention it.

The customer service here was exceptional. It was as if they took lessons from Disney. Warm cookies, good creamer for coffee to breakfast. I arrived early and was able to check in early. The airport shuttle was quick and the driver helped me bring my bags inside He was helpful with information about the area. Great location. I walked to downtown from here.

The room I initially received was older and had an odor. I asked the front desk and they were so kind and accommodating. They moved me to another room immediately. It was an upgrade and in the newer section. The hot tub wasn't working.
