The front desk lady was so nice, she helped us the last time we stayed as well! Location is great and the public areas are very clean and well maintained.

This time I had my ESA dog with me and I feel like our room was not as nice as our previous room. The A/C wasn’t working properly and would turn on randomly and it sounded like something was wrong with the fan. Which I can deal with. My biggest dislike was my bed linens smelled like men’s cologne, like the sheets were not clean. The pillows were also different from our last stay very small and square? I understand having designated rooms for travelers with ESAs, but I still would hope to have fresh linens and hotel quality pillows.

Good: Nice facility, squeeky clean and comfortable. Pretty normal, serviceable breakfast selections. I’d stay here again.

-I wish hotels serving breakfast would learn to offer a peeler with the fresh oranges and make a knife available that cuts the apple. Muffins are too sweet, could we have unsweetened yogurt? -I know the hotel has no control over this, but the neighborhood is sketchy for pedestrians. People should be aware and alert when walking, especially after dark.

The shuttle service was a real game changer for which hotel I picked, and Comfort Suites certainly delivered! I also greatly appreciated the hearty and varied breakfast that was provided. The room was spacious and comfortable and great for unwinding between conference time.The abundant hot water in the shower was a wonderful combatant against the frigid February weather.

If you're relying on walking for mobility, you'll do better if you're already in shape for before getting there. However, I enjoyed the exercise and the snowy landscape. This isn't necessarily the fault of the hotel, but if you're using a third-party booking service, be sure to contact the hotel directly in advance for shuttle services. Even if the third-party system says the hotel has been alerted, they usually haven't.

The gal at the front desk on the day we arrived was not very kind when we went to get our room changed to match what my reservation was. She had placed us in the wrong room and then proceeded to tell me that that was all they had and she couldn’t do anything for me. I suggested a discounted rate or something since this was not what I reserved. She pulled up my reservation and made a phone call and finally made the changes. They clearly had made a mistake but she never apologized for her rude attitude.

Very accessible location just off of I-90, fairly easy on and off. Location is well kept-up, room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Staff was warm and welcoming.

Breakfast buffet was good not great. Appears to have some cost pressures as there were limited options and the OJ dispenser seemed to be set a bit on the watery side.

Breakfast not top quality, but it was good. Convenient free parking. Large room with extra space for living. Good amenities (coffee maker, fridge, microwave) and good complimentary goods. Service was accommodating and friendly. Convenient location (near university and airport, but not far from center) Near shopping and restaurants. The place and the people are doing their best to make us feel comfortable.

I have to get used to the fact that higher prices are here to stay, because it is hard to accept that we are paying more for the quality that we used to get and, in fact, the quality has gone a bit down but the prices are more. Although the staff was friendly, there were incidents that showed me that some of them did not really care that much about the customers. Difficult (darn impossible) to adjust the room temperature. The place is clean and housekeeping is helpful, but they do not clean the room immediately. One has to request cleaning services a day in advance. Luck of information about the area from the staff (even for a near by restaurant)and) and they should change the placement for flyers for attractions. They are hidden and I only noticed them the last day!!

Location close to the airport. Facility was clean and fairly well maintained. Room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was very good with different options for things to eat.

Shower needs to be thoroughly cleaned and re-chalked. The swimming pool was not available on the day I had free to use it. I was disappointed.

Loved the staff! Everyone was professional, helpful and kind. We felt very welcomed. The property was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were much needed after a long day of driving. For a hotel breakfast, we all enjoyed the options.

I chose to stay at this location because it provided airport transportation. when I got to the hotel, I was informed I was supposed to contact hotel 24 hrs prior to make arrangements. I was not aware of this and it was not possible to put me on the list for transportation. of course, I was able to do make arrangements with uber but it clearly defeated my purpose to stay there.

We were shuttled from the airport and the driver answered all our questions helping us with future reservations. We are very pleased with our stay and would like to stay again the next time we fly to Montana.

OK I didnt understand when i reserved the room that it was a non-refundable reservation paid up front. Im sure it was spelled out, I just wasnt aware at the time. My fear was flight cancellations! I would have been bitterly disappointed to lose 293 dollars due to an airline. I was nervous the whole trip!
