Clean, close enough to airport. Perfect for our purposes to sleep for a few hours. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Location. When we pulled up there were some questionable people gathered around the gazebo. We were slightly concerned about safety and our car. Noting bad happened to report!

This hotel is a housed in a 70s style motel, which has been totally refurbished with all new furniture and modern amenities. The rooms are comfortable and bright, the breakfast area is large and airy, and it offers a hot breakfast, which varies from day to day. The outdoor firepit, the large dining room, a small fitness room and a gazebo are available for relaxing outside of the room. There is no restaurant as such in the hotel, but guests can purchase fresh pizzas on site and front desk staff will bake them and pack them in a pizza box for you. It’s location just 2 blocks off the freeway was good for easily accessing quick routes to other parts of the city. I was pleasantly pleased with everything , including the weekly rate. I’ll definitely return.

The louvered window shutters in the room are lovely, but they allow a lot of light in the room early in the morning.

The representative at the front desk was absolutely amazing he accommodated me with complete and total respect and politeness and kindness despite it being late at night and despite me not having a reservation...if I own a hotel I would definitely want that particular male representative in my business running my business. I can't say enough nice things about the young man who accommodated me on this particular day, courtesy and respect seems to be very natural with the rep that took care of my check in on this particular day.... not only did the representative accommodate me I had a reservation but my check-in time would have been over 10 hours away he was able to find me a room and on top of all of that he was able to accept my payment from multiple cards with ease now this is the type of customer service that should be available in all businesses in the state of Minnesota at this particular time I was in a panic and he was able to come my nerves and assist me with the utmost professionalism that I've seen in years thank you so much

Everything was perfect I liked everything about it the location the room the staff the pictures in the lobby every single thing was just perfect for my trip

Great location overlooking Tanner's Lake, with all rooms on the east side having lake views. Good hot breakfast served every morning, with snacks, pizza, sandwiches, and more available by the front desk. There is a Denny's restaurant less than 100' from the hotel.

The air conditioner in my room had an unpleasant smell when it was running. Once the weather cooled, I left it off, and the room was fine. I mentioned it to the front desk upon checking out, and they said they would have maintenance look at it.

The Hotel positively contributed to our sojourn in the Twin Cities. Thanks to its staff who was not only welcoming but also present, accomodating and proactive for things we might have needed or wanted. We also enjoyed our sunny room that looked over a small lake. Also appreciated other outdoor attributes like a gazebo and a firering. Breakfast met our expectations and the breakfast area was comfy and sunny.

Breakfast coffee could be stronger.

Room was clean, staff had great communication. We had stayed for about 5 days and we wanted to have house keeping come in, Due to staffing shortages ( which is all over the place and I don't think them at all) they were unsure if they would eb able to get to our room that day as we had left late when I asked for house keeping, They made sure to come to our room anyway and had everything nice and clean! they put in the effort and the staff has great communication - they has a texting service which you are able to text about for house keeping or additional questions they are also a very safe hotel, they have main doors one on the side, which at first I thought would be open and closing for whomever as its a automatic sliding door but you have to have a keycard in order to open it and that made me feel very safe.

The bathroom was a little tiny and had some aging but nothing to bad, the only thing that really bothered us was if we wanted to use the vending machines they were never re stocked and wouldn't take any coins. it made it a little hard but not the end of the world.

Good bed, quiet! Front desk staff, evening staff didn’t even tell us she was staff or her name or she would assist me in anyway, she was not consistently there, no sign!! I wanted to buy some snacks and beverage- instead I had to use the vending machines on 1st floor and lost $$

Location,construction machines all around property - very unsightly Booking said it was pet friendly only to find out they charge $50.00 a night for our 1 dog!!

The Hotel was very clean. Loved that it didn't smell like smoke. Loved that they were very accommodating towards my fur babies. The staff was friendly, especially Ms. Kiki. She was very informative and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns in a very professional fashion. Thank you 😊 We will definitely be back to stay when we're in town.

The exterior didn't look too pleasing, but do not judge a book by it's cover, the inside of it looked very modern and VERY CLEAN!

The breakfast and breakfast area were great! Being right next to Denny’s was a plus for when we arrived, we could easily walk over and get dinner.

The way the standard rooms are set up the bathrooms are in the back of the room, not the front so you can hear the people in the hallway like they are in your room. At 2am a group of people must have gotten in and they were talking LOUDLY in the hallway. It was enough to wake us up and be so disruptive we could go back to sleep until we heard their door close. Not the hotel’s fault, but just something you may experience.

Very good breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean.

Our room was on the ground floor and had a palpable dampness to it. I almost wondered if we should have asked for a dehumidifier. Some clothes that had gotten wet when we had been out in the rain took two days to dry, which seems way too much.
