The staff is exceptional here! The minute we pulled up the valet guy was friendly and helpful! Then the hospitality given by Chris, the bellman, was out of this world! Loading all our stuff up and delivery it to our room! WOW! Loves rock and roll just like we do! Then there is Shannon at the bar/ restaurant. Love her personality! She serves a delicious martini and her service is top notch! Steak and burger were delicious, with Snickers cheesecake for dessert! 😋The breakfast was so plentiful and delicious too! The hotel gives fresh cold water by the front desk. Nice and healthy! Green tea free in the room was a nice way to start my day! The floors are beautiful, all shiny and clean! The view of the Mississippi River, right across the street, was an amazing sight! Free to look at! The beds were comfortable and I love the shampoo and conditioner! Smells great! Eco-friendly, no waste in small bottles either. Como Zoo 10 minutes away and White Castle is 3 blocks away. 2 blocks to walk to The Excel Center! Which we walked to see Goigra and Korn! Stop looking, this is the place with all you want and need! Can't wait to come back!
Nothing. Seriously, I have no complaints!

The staff at the restaurant were all super friendly and got to know us over our stay. Our room was nice with a good look over the river. Great location and easy check in and out. Our bartender was great too. Lemondrop martini is great and if they aren't too busy, the espresso martini is also amazing
I was told the building was older and only has central heating so there was no way for us to turn off the heat in our room. That is my only complaint. 9 out of 10 otherwise. Even if there was just a way to shut the vent from blowing it would've helped I think.

Even though it's downtown in a big city, it was easy to navigate there, especially from the north - just come straight down 35E to Wacouta and take a right on Kellogg. The valet parking was super convenient and easy for first timers. Staff were very polite. Soaps smelled great. Beds were comfortable. Great view of the river. Made up for the lack of a pool with a very nice fitness center. Very nice extra, "courtesy" bathrooms on the 1st floor. Easy walk to Xcel Energy Center, restaurants, and breweries.
Lack of a complementary breakfast and lack of a "fart fan" in the room's bathroom.

We had an unusual situation. We were there for a wedding, and my father is 92 and a veteran. We had 3 rooms, 1 for my sister, one for my dad, and one for us. It was imperative that we at leas had 2 of the rooms that joining. The staff at the front desk when we checked in, were amazing and were able to get us that AND get all of the rooms on the same floor. I couldn't thank them enough.
The beds were very soft and uncomfortable. My significant other has a really bad back, and it was just not good for him. It sagged in the middle and made it nearly impossible to get comfortable. The room was really hot when we got there, but that was also taken care of fairly quickly.

love how chill the room was. staff was super chill and upfront. love the valet parking. the distance to where the concert took place. excel energy center. weather was pleasant.
the adding of room hold and the price for valet parking. I just wwould have like it explained in the price, and explained as additional charges,so I was not caught off guard. the price was not bad, I came on a budget and would have calculated in spending.

The people there was great! . The bellhop was a was really great. Also help me out since I had a cane, and a knee brace on.
Your valet parking was terrible! I had to get something out of my car. They said they would get it for me; some cologne and a comb. When I went to check out my car it was ransacked. Everything was taken out of the glove department middle consul. Everything was upside down in my car they stole $50 2 lottery tickets at about two dollars and change. The valet manager apologize and gave me $50 out of his own money he made good but I still wasn’t happy because his attitude saying that my car doors wasn’t locked and it was nobody of his staff which was a lie. my doors were locked because I asked the guy who brought up my car, and he said yes your doors were locked, so it was an employee. That was the worst part of my stay when I was leaving I will not use your valet parking again.

The service upon arrival was quite friendly, courteous, and efficient. Our luggage at valet parking was loaded onto a cart and brought to our room. We encountered several needed repairs to the bathtub drain and the AC controls that were handily repaired by use of the service desk’s text messaging system.
The buffet breakfast was overpriced ($20/). I have had better tasting food at hotels that offer free breakfasts with an overnight stay.

We were for just two nights, we went for a Concert so was super convenient and close to the stadium. We enjoyed our short time in the hotel and was super nice.
We paid for breakfast and the buffet was not healthy as what I expected. Just yoghurt and fruits for us, since the crumble eggs has a lot of cheese and the sausage and bread were grassy and not good. Super poor options for us.

We loved the location and everything was very clean. Loved the ice cold water available in the lobby as the weather was very hot!
Our room was hot and very humid - even the carpet felt damp! The weather was unusually hot, but the room could have been cooler and drier. Also the water pressure in the shower was low, so hard to get shampoo and soap to rinse off.

The room was good, but it was cold. We also got a space heater & it broke so we got another one & that one was broke. But everything else was good! Valet was my favorite the valet people were so welcoming & nice!
The room was for handicap accessible but it was very small & the luggage cart did not fit through the door. The pillows were a little flat. When checking out the person at the front desk were not very welcoming. Didn’t even ask me how the stay was just took my room card.
