It's a newer facility. Good sized rooms. Great location.

The kitchens are not stocked with utensils, coffee maker, etc. You have to ask for them at the desk. Most other extended stays don't make you do that. I like a coffee maker at least.

I has called an reserved a handicap room with a Kung bed. When we checked in they didn't have it reserved for me. They pur us on the 4th floor at the opposite end of the elevator. My husband had just had major back surgery and was having issues with his leg and it was very difficult for him to walk any distance. when we got in the room it was not handicap . I called the desk and told this wasn't going too work for us. I had to go back down to the car and get the wheel chair. He had tried using the walker and couldn't make it back. We were in Augusta to have his Post-op and I was having Pre-op fir shoulder replacement surgery in 2 weeks. This was difficult pushing him all over this motel with a bad shoulder. They got us a room on the first floor it wasn't a king but a double queen. Other than that and the dog next door barking is was good.

Not having my reservation when I called the motel and told them what I had to have. I was told that was no problem there was no one in that room and it would be ready the next day. The dog barking next door.

The property was clean, bed comfortable and the staff was nice. Loved the space in the room.

The property was very cold as if they had air blasting in the hallway. Even with the unit in the room up to almost 80, it still felt like 65.. No coffee machine in the room (I’m a coffee drinker), nor in the lobby until breakfast. 😒 We had a suite, with no utensils, pans, etc.. in the kitchenette.

The bathroom was very nice. It was pretty quiet at night. The staff was awesome, both at the front desk and the cleaning crew.

There were never any carts available. It took 4 trips to the room to move all our stuff and 4 to leave. I could have done it in one trip with a cart. I'm 65 with back issues and neuropathy. Not cool. It would have been nice to have a small area dedicated to dogs. I didn't know where to take him. The assortment in the vending machines was awful.

Location and pets were allowed.

We had a reservation with a 3:00pm check in time. We arrived closer to 6:00pm. The room was not ready and we had to wait 45 minutes for it to be cleaned. I was NOT told this at the time of check in. Went up to the room with our luggage, only to be told by the cleaning staff that she was about to start that room as soon as she finished her previous room. No other room availability. Desk clerk decided to wave our $30 pet fee due to our inconvenience.

Great location on the hilltop, the room smelled like it had been cleaned with bleach and was spotless, beds were very comfortable and the staff was kind and helpful. It was also within 10 minutes of lots of good food and they were welcoming with our pets.

I wish the fees and taxes would have been a bit more visible upfront as the room itself was only 121$ but we ended up paying nearly 180 after pet fees and taxes and other surcharges. I wasn’t too upset about it because the hotel was so comfortable but wish the pricing was more transparent online.

The property was very clean. The rooms have a full kitchenette and full fridge. Parking was convenient, environment was laid back. Staff was great. Nice place to stay if your in Augusta. They offer free breakfast.

They offer free breakfast, but it’s grab and go. I picked this location because of the reviews and how clean it was and the fact that they had free breakfast. I didn’t realize there would be no hot breakfast options. So it’s stuff like muffins, honey buns, yogurt, oatmeal packets, protein bars, etc. That’s fine for a day or two , but after that it would be nice for a few hot options. Still 5 stars in my book.

Safe area, plenty of parking, clean and new facilities. They are pet friendly!!!

Staff needs to be more friendly and welcoming. They look like they don't seem to smile or acknowledge customers. Hotel room can open the window. So cooking makes it impossible to not let the alarm go off.

We've stayed here a few times and always loved the getaway.

It would have been better if we didn't hear the child above us running back and forth for hours in the early morning hours. Then there was a door that was barking and wouldn't stop on our floor. Sounded like it was right next door, but not sure.

Everything. The location was great, the size was great, the staff was great, friendly, and cooperative. The kitchenette was functional (took us a minute to realize we had to use the switch on the wall to turn on the stove). Will be booking for future stays. 10/10 would recommend.
