Clean, comfortable, good facilities, good food (I had the Makhani curry in the evening, and full cooked breakfast the following morning), friendly staff especially Vince at the bar. I had just spent three days in a B&B/pub-with-rooms in rural Staffordshire which had a great website but where the reality, although it wasn't bad, didn't really match the expectations. After that experience, I needed somewhere to stay on the way home which I knew would be a reliable product. Like all chain hotels, you know it'll be a fairly standardised product and perhaps somewhat formulaic, but actually that was exactly what I wanted: Reliable good quality.

Thanks to my host Sukkasem, and all the other staff were so lovely & helpful. Thanks to Vincent for taking my breakfast to my room for me. Dinner was delicious and value for money. I was made to feel so very welcome by all of the staff Jill, Dil, Robin, Manpreet, Isobel who were on duty for my 4 days stay I will most definitely be returning again very soon. This is a fabulous hotel and I'd recommend it to anyone going up to High Wycombe. Thanks once again to you all. Blessings 😊

I do think havinga rubber mat in the shower would be a very good idea. Other thank that I have no complaints at all.

We had a very comfortable time at the Holiday Inn High Wycombe. The rooms, beds and breakfast were very good. There were ten of us and we stayed there on two occasions in August 2024. The staff were very friendly and efficient, particularly Kelcy (who expertly juggled seating arrangements at breakfast), and Beata and Amy at the Reception (who were very helpful and also managed to swap one of our rooms for a larger family room at the last minute). All in all, a very pleasant stay and I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you Holiday Inn High Wycombe!

No complaints!

Hotel was warm & Welcoming as we walked into Reception quick check in lot's of power point's if youre a Business person. Our room was a Disability access very spacious Bed was comfortable (you've gotta have a sit n lay test) pillows were plump you could've just used a single pillow, Bathroom was Big if you needed wheelchair access pull cords at high you don't need stretch.Bar area was relaxing with table n stools plus comfy sofas to Relax & Unwind reasonably priced Bar to with a Starbucks if you need that caffeine hit, Breakfast in morning was plentiful catered for all foodies staff very helpful and polite they tidied up quickly when other guest's finished breakfast. Reception staff helped when we needed taxi's plus provided us with Beverages for our room would definitely return if and when we visit family or exploring High Wycombe.

Shower could've been more powerful that's the only glitch in a well earned break.

The staff was friendly and willing to help with anything that we needed. The receptionist even helped us to print off our plane ticket for our next destination and organized it in a document folder for safe keeping. The rooms were comfortable and met our expectations. The breakfast bar was pretty good with good selections and the facilities were fantastic.

The food took a really long time to get to our table one of the nights in the dining area. I think the waiter may have forgotten to put in our order. We had to follow up on our food order.

The hotel was very convenient, the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The food was just above expectations.

The check-in was very slow. We were upsold a glass of wine which was more expensive than any I've paid for elsewhere. The pre-authorised payment was not cleared for 4 days from my bank due to a glitch in their system and even when contacting the manager, I didn't even receive a written apology. So no brownie points there.

We stay here every year at least once. My wife LOVES this hotel. Amazing location. Rooms are nice and clean and AC is always strong and cools the room well, staff are so friendly. Special props to “Aleksandra” I think her name was that checked us in. Her and another young English girl (sorry forgot her name) - but, the friendliness at this hotel by reception staff is always top notch. Props to the manager for getting the right people in this place.

Nothing during this stay.

Breakfast was good, something fof everyone. Room was very clean, ours had a roomy shower , easily accessible so didn't have to climb into a bath to shower! Easy parking and easy to get a train in to Wembley via a 10 min taxi drive.

Would have preferred a bigger bed as they have in other hotels but the size was as stated so no complaints. Choice of pillows would have been good as they were all quite 'plump ', none were thin .

A clean comfortable bed and room had a bath with shower over it. had a good choice of items for breakfast in a relaxed dinning room, the dinner menu was small but catered for all needs. staff were very friendly and went out of their way to cater for my special needs in suppling a vibrating fire alarm pad and asking if i could manage to get out of the building quickly be myself in event of a fire.

location you needed to use your car to get to attraction as poor public transport.

Beds were very comfortable, it was clean and looked really good. Staff were very pleasant and professional and the breakfast was really delicious - it also had dairy free milk - oat milk was a great touch!

The smell in the bedrooms - smelt like mothballs which was very unpleasant and it was the same smell in both rooms - we smelt the carpet and it’s whatever is used to clean it is the culprit! Please change your carpet cleaner as this is what brought the feedback scores down as it would have been exceptional across the board!
