The room was great. The property is located along the river with a wonderful (giant) park with walking trails along the river. It was very clean and inviting. Lots of couples and families out and about. I saw folks swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, etc. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Wifi worked great.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim and I could hear dogs barking from time to time in the next room. Also, it's a bit confusing getting to the hotel the first time.

The room was beautiful clean up to date modern all those things you want in a hotel room. I even had a beautiful riverview. The staff was an exceptionally friendly and accommodating one. They gave me an upgrade because of circumstances which I appreciated. This is not a complaint, but the only downside of my stay was that I couldn't stay longer and then just enjoy the view. But my circumstances changed and I had to leave early.

This complaint is minor. But most hotel rooms have a blowing heater air conditioner in the wall which I don't like. But this one was easy to adjust, and I slept well when I did get sleep. I realized that central air conditioning and heating where you could adjust the temperature in the room with the thermostat instead of the wall units is difficult to do for motels but I would sure like to experience that more often. It's been a while.

Beautiful location on the banks of the Columbia River. Get a room with a river view. Great lanai to sit and enjoy the evening. The hotel is right beside a beautiful park with a lovely walking trail along two miles of the river.

Room smelled like new carpet due to major upgrade of facilities. We could open the window for fresh air which was great.

Clean and nice. Felt like that staff was really uptight. There was a tournament and a lot of kids and it just didn't seem very accommodating for that.

That they kept charging my card and putting multiple holds on it. They said it was because the system was old. That could make things very inconvenient for people.

The breakfast options were great, omelette and frittatas were tasty, not the usual watery scrambled eggs! We loved our river view room, beautiful, and great access to the Riverwalk. Priscilla at the front desk was amazing, helped us move to a better view room from the original ground floor room.

Can’t think of a thing that would have improved our stay, maybe an outdoor pool!

It was very quiet during the night and our view of the river was outstanding.

We had a difficult time getting the wifi in our room ( no problem in the lobby) to work and the front desk could not resolve the problem. We ended up just giving up.

Very bright and clean, 24 hour pool and gift shop was AMAZING! the view with balcony. And the out side patio all where beyond my expectations. And made my whole family want to come back again!

Glass was found in pool area. Observation of glass beer bottle being consumed in pool area. A different guest was cut with glass. Few more hot options at breakfast.

Beautiful setting along the Columbia River. Easy access to River Walk and Amon Park. Every staff member we came across greeted us. Morning breakfast was well stocked and there was plenty of seating.

No suggestions for improvement, keep up the good work.

We love the location

Unfortunately the pool was under renovations But the hotel staff was more than accommodating Even offered to allow us to cancel our reservation without fees.We ended up staying even though the pool was out overall this hotel is wonderful

Gorgeous view, excellent location, clean, friendly staff.

There are a couple of large skunks on the property and we watched them from the balcony. a lot of people wanted to photograph them and one man was taunting them and the skund went toward him, tail up, it’s a wonder he didn’t get sprayed! Also lots of people walking dogs by, a large one that had to be heavily restrained. seems like a recipe for trouble. ALSO barking dog in a neighboring room at 6 am on Saturday off an on for 15 minutes or so.
