It was clean, located well, rooms were nice

The quality of the breakfast. I had egg shells in my wrap (usually an egg white wrap but was told they were out of egg whites 🤔so I asked if they could just use the whole egg)3 of us ordered no potatoes and but got them anyway. I ordered fruit and did not get it. The omelette was cold in the middle and sausage appeared to be deep fried. We paid $30 for virtually inedible breakfast. We were on our way to a funeral and didn’t feel up to taking the time to complain right then but it was truly a bad experience.

Good sized room. Loved the patio on the back side. Room was comfortable. Really liked the walk in shower. Bed was comfy. Hotel was situated in a great location.

Buffet style breakfast, but we didn't realize that we would have to pay. That's just a communication issue, although they did not say that there was a complimentary breakfast. However, when we walked in, it looks just like the buffet style breakfast that is very often complimentary. Perhaps a sign at the door of the restaurant would be helpful?

Location was excellent being near the freeway. The view was nice, especially off the restaurant. Enjoyed the comfortable desk chair and a chair to relax in. Lighting was better than most places. Love the lighting around the bathroom mirror!!! Liked the addition of the mirror and shelf and outlet near the closet. Only thing missing there was a light to put make up on or curl hair while the bathroom was in use. Enjoyed watching the riverboat while at breakfast.

Restaurant service was slow. Apparently low reservations that weekend. Breakfast was off the menu. The restaurant manager worked the floor alone. We felt she should have had some help. She was excellent in keeping her humor and smiles. She said it was slow all that Saturday morning and then wham several showed up. Friday night 8 pm was also very slow. Not much to choose off the menu for a light snack. Hoping for soup but chose a side salad. The vertical mirror outside of the bathroom was hung a bit low. I am only 5 ft and needed to bend down/squat a bit. Hall light was more effective there than across from it where the mirror/shelf is located. Disappointed that the hot tub was closed!!! I really needed it.

The room was very large with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and river. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Nice pool with lots of chairs. The location was wonderful! Free parking and plenty of it, close to main attractions, and walkable to the river and boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great.

Room was comfortable, good TV size and quality, good sized room, bathroom well stocked. Good location with breakfast right next door and close to our event that we participated in - festival. Extra towels were readily supplied upon request.

For the price, breakfast should have been included as the hotel is on the expensive side. Housekeeping did not clean room - but I guess it needed to be requested.

The room was very large, so much space and very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed what was there and the view was great.

The TV, there is no hdmi, nothing more than 60 channels, the TV was nothing special as is, and the remote was bad for it. The remote hardly worked. No way to wireless connect that I could find or anyway to enjoy a movie night unless u bring your own hdmi cord. There was also no way to connect to apps like Netflix or anything on the TV itself.

The room was spacious and clean. I particularly loved the fitness center, which was excellent. There was always free coffee and water with lemon at the entrance, which was super nice.

Breakfast at the hotel is higher quality, but it limits the amount of food you can eat. If you are going for a large breakfast, then it is not ideal.

Pleasant personel

had to have maintenance in to get fridge working. Awkward entrances for a person who has difficulty with steps. Going through the lobby was a long way to walk to the room and the closer entrances all have steps, no ramps. Difficulty setting the air conditioner to keep the room comfortable. The hot water in the shower had to run a long time to get hot..quite a water waster.

Beds were really comfortable. Staff was nice.

The bottom floor doors that open to the court yard. No safety lock other than the deadbolt and as a solo female traveler, I wasn’t really comfortable with that. Also my first room was big and lovely but only had a shower. I prefer a bath to relax, but the staff accommodated me and moved me rooms.

The staff are very helpful and responsive online. The room was mostly quiet (will explain below) The bed was great. Breakfast was good.

Room was not ready for 15:00 check in which was unfortunate. The rooms are not entirely soundproof. There was an extremely loud couple in the hallway who had very little volume control with their voices. Every word could be heard clearly. Could be cheaper.
