The breakfast staff was very nice and the food was great. I also had a burger one evening and it was good too.

This was a paid booking since 29-Jan-2024 for check-in on 29-Jun-24 but once I arrived at the reception for check-in my booking wasn't there. This has inconvenienced me and my family a lot. This has never happened with us ever since started using booking.com for reliable, safe, clean and comfortable accommodations. The hotel also said that just the other week, two such incidents happened like this where reservations were not received from the third party. I suggest this be investigated so that it never happens to anyone else.

Good breakfast staff very helpful. Lift was broken, so requested bottom floor because I had 2 heavy suitcases and I'm 73 years old and they accommodated me. Love the location and quick, free shuttle. Staff helped carry my suitcases in and seemed concerned and encouraged me to seek help in the morning to carry them out.

Lift was broken and I prefer upper floors, so I can open my curtains and window when it's warm out.

The people who run this hotel have obviously paid attention to the needs of people staying near the airport. The rooms are clean. The bar grille is open from 4 am breakfast til 9:15 pm. The customers come back because it feels like home. The lobby has a super welcoming yet safe and respectful atmosphere. The store has frozen meals, snacks, and any toiletry you might have forgotten. The halls are dingy, but rooms bright and updated. Airplane noise is not an issue either, and free shuttle is ready when you are. I've stayed in the higher chain hotel nearby, but will definitely return to this Comfort Inn instead.

Good location, less than 1 km from the airport terminal with a convenient shuttle. The hotel had a fresh, clean feel. The staff were great. The bed was very comfortable. Very good breakfast (by the standards of US motels): almost entirely ultra-processed, but tasty! Coffee available 24 hours in lobby. Very good WiFi.

No safe in the room. No shower gel in the bathroom - just a tiny soap. The towels were replaced despite being hung on the rail. There was a huge amount of single-use plastic at breakfast. The sound-proofing isn't great.

Convenient to the airport, with a very quick (free) transfer service. Fantastic staff who were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great (self service, good variety of options) and we also ate in the restaurant/bar area in the evening - quick service and good food that was perfect for what we wanted and needed (not a huge selection of options, but a variety catering for different requirements/tastes).

Super comfortable beds with lovely duvets, as in Europe, rather than blankets. Good breakfast. Shuttle to/from the airport on demand. (Mostly) wonderful staff. Reliable WiFi.

The property is not environmentally responsible. Toiletries come in single-use plastic bottles. Plastic knives, forks and spoons are individually wrapped in plastic film, as are the single-use plastic beakers. Guests tip all their trash, including food waste, into the recycling bin.

Bed and pillows were super comfortable, check in was very easy, as was check out. Room was spacious. For being so close to the airport it was very quiet. Loved the mini waffle maker. Would stay here again.

The 3rd floor hallway smelled heavily of urine. Thankfully our room did not smell this way. One of the wash rags in our room was dirty, sheet on one of the beds had clumps of red gunk on it. Bathtub had a used bandaid in it and there was a light red stain running into the bathroom (unsure what it was). There was a jeep parked in front of the rear loading and unloading area the entire time we were there. Very little lighting in the kitchen area.

Shuttle service fast friendly. Breakfast was delicious and good variety. In house restaurant was so nice. No need to go out. Water was super hot for a bath /shower. Relaxing. No noise from airport. Beds super comfortable. People were helpful and very welcoming. Great choice of snacks drinks and necessities. Almost like a mini mart.

The hotel was fine, not new but not run down. Staff was nice.

I was a bit irritated that I was charged for an early check in. I flew in, arrived around noon for a 4PM wedding 40 mins away. Naturally I needed to dress and get ready for the wedding and didn’t want to do it in a bathroom. I checked out at 3:30 AM so I paid extra and was there no more that 15 hours
