Location was great, there is a small fridge and microwave in the room, fantastic breakfast bar with more than continental offering. Scrambled eggs and waffles were self-serve too.. Fantastic staff!

The electrical wiring in our room was faulty with the outlets in the bath and at the coffee bar" not working. Used the outlet by the entry door for the hair dryer and blew a fuse at 9pm. The staff was extremely helpful in getting power restored to the room, however, did not know where the breaker box was for that floor caused them extra running around and frustration. The wonderful ladies handled it with grace, smiles, and professionalism. Now THAT is what customer service is about. Things are going to go wrong maintenance wise in any large building of multiple people staying.... It's how you deal with the situation and the guests in their PJs that makes all the difference! Well done and kudos to the night crew on April 13th!

Loved how the staff tried to be as accommodating as possible with people with medical needs. They were truly empathetic and not judgmental. I noticed they put children’s safety first, which is very reassuring. The AC on the 4th floor hallway was broken. Rather than ignore the problem, they were very transparent and apologetic for the inconvenience, assuring it was getting worked on soon. Excellent staff.

I was warm in elevator and 4th floor but as mentioned above, they were trying to fix. Was not a fan of the $100 deposit.

We loved the layout of the room that had 3 separate spaces to occupy. The bed will knock you out with how comfortable it is with it being more on the firm side. The T.V., probably 30", is a smart T.V. with streaming services built inside. The lighting is well placed. It is a quiet spot located a little ways off Pines Rd. so the loud traffic is kept at a minimum. Traveling to different places is easy with the hotel being, not to far, from the Interstate. There are plenty of places to eat with there being an Waffle House only a walking distance away; that being said about breakfast La Quinta must've had a slamming breakfast because when I went to checkout the lobby was packed and the aroma was succulent.

The elevator is obviously dated with it being scuffed and roughed by constant usage. Also, the shower is a walk-in but the soap wasn't well stocked; had to use shampoo for body wash purposes.

We’ve stayed here several times driving to and from east coast. Always great but if possible even cleaner than last year. Nice breakfast with sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal. Coffee good. Fantastic Mexican food close by called Ramirez Mexican food - delicious! Highlight of our trip!

Shopping center where we ate and also has gas stations, fast food places seems a bit more shady than last year. Seems to be the same all over the country. We ate early but I worried about the staff night after night.

The ability to stream on the TV was a huge plus considering how many other places don't supply the service to do so. The toiletries were well supplied and the bathroom and shower was nice. The bed was spacious and comfortable as well.

The room we were given was limited in space. The lighting wasn't as great as our last visit; there were a few shadows casted in the room especially near the exit door. Not much decor and little to no cabinet and closets.

It was a place to stay on my mother's and my way to a funeral. Compared to the next LaQuinta we stayed at this one was good.

Asked for a room for disabled (my mother is 97 years old with a bad hip, but still walks with a walker) which I did get, but had a ways to walk, ride the elevator up and down that hall. Did make it where we did not go out for dinner. Just too much for her.

If I had a complaint regarding my stay, it would be the Free Breakfast. I'm comparing LA Quinta to Holiday Inn Express. La Quinta is lacking in comparison. There wasn't any fruit, Only Eggs and Sausage available, and those two were ok. They did offer a waffle bar, so that was good. But overall, La Quinta needs to offer a bigger variety of options compared to Holiday Inn Express, which offers a much more in terms of Breakfast options. But overall, La Quinta is a good hotel for travelers.

I love the fact that the facilitie was located close to the highway. The staff was very friendly as well as very helpful. The room was very nice and very clean.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I enjoyed my stay and will come back to this facility. I will certainly recommend people to stay at this facility when visiting Shreveport.

A very warm welcome on Arrival by Timme (apologies if that’s spelt wrong). She was fantastic and genuinely put a smile on my face. We have been travelling for a while across the states and this has been by far the best place we have stayed. Staff were all so lovely. Room was so clean, modern and spacious. Loved the Dove soaps within the bathroom. Pool was lovely. Breakfast was great. Can’t fault this place. Would 100% come again and will recommend.

Location & easy access to the interstate

Bath room toilet & bath tub sub standard as for as cleanliness. Pay more attention to details toliet bowl and rim. Bath tub need be refinished or replaced.
