Televisions was not working in rooms and the house telephone wasn’t working in Rooms had to go down stairs to report the problems but the nite manage / work mr. Fitz solve the problems . Very professional gentleman and so accommodating to solve the issues

It was a nice trip. Staff was super nice and patient with me. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Breakfast was okay. We only ate the first day we were there because there wasn't much out, just the waffle stuff and some old bacon. The vending machines were gone which was weird since there were signs for them and the drinks in the market were a bit lack luster, im not a huge soda drinker and thats all they had. Staff was nice, elevators were kinda scary but that could just be my fear of them speaking.

The breakfast was pretty good although a lot of it ran out a whole hour before it was supposed to be over. The staff was friendly and courteous.

The milk and juice pitchers could’ve been kept on ice. It was pretty warm. The bed sheets were not fresh. I had to brush off quite a few “things” from them. The nighttime concierge didn’t need to seem so irritated when I had to go get sheets to replace after a spill.

this trip is great. the hotel and staffs are friendly. they gave me a best view and a big rom. I like the location. it’s very convenient to go Bellaire and lot of ethnic restaurants. love it. eat and eat a lot. I highly recommend

Nothing at all. Everything was good and I enjoyed staying here. I’m not from Houston so I look for cleanliness. That’s exactly what I got and I was satisfied with my stay and the workers at the front dest.

Internet was slow, pool under maintenance should be mentioned upfront, breakfast could have brown bread, more options like fried eggs.

The rooms and lobby were clean and smelled good. The front desk young lady was very helpful.

Nothing that I didn’t like. Could use some tlc on the grounds.

Pet fee- when I called during booking, a lady told me pet fee is $25 non refundable deposit. But when I checked in, they said I’ll need to pay $60 for3 nights stay! But the lady who checked me in reduced it to $40 so I only paid $40. Yes it was more than $25, but less than $60, for a small Yorkie.

I really did like the guest service of the reception by the name of Dauphine.She really did handle my check in wonderful with no problem and explained everything to me concerning the breakfast,the check in time and the check out time. I really appreciate her hospitality.
