Breakfast was amazing! The wait staff was outstanding!! They were better than family! Tell Jose we said hello! We felt completely at home here! The room was a perfect size for us, and very clean and comfortable!

Our stay was too short! LOL We were there for the Houston Horror Fest. There was so much entertainment all weekend! Wish it could have lasted longer!!

Great location hotel is dated but well kept and did not have that old and dingy feeling. Cleaning service was very nice and helpful and complimentary water is always appreciated

woke up early to use pool but pool was closed for maintenance…which hotel should have done at night while pool was closed…yes that might be more expensive but it was Labor Day weekend with lots of guest they should have gone above and beyond to not let that happen

Room, Cleanness, breakfast, pool, and jacuzzi. I enjoyed the environment. I liked the food. The food was delicious. The pool was big enough. It was easy to find parking space. It was easy to boo the room.

The checking staff at the front desk was not nice. I felt not welcome there. They did not explain how to get to the elevator until they saw me walking the opposite way. I hope they get e better customer service training. I hate the housekeeper waking me up at 8:36 a.m. I did not request it. It was hard for me to fall asleep and then she knocked on my door. I couldn't fall asleep again. The purpose to stay at the hotel was to get better rest because I had a big event the next day. I did not appreciate it at all.

Rooms were clean. Workers were courteous.

There was no microwave in the rooms. The parking lot is not well maintained, pot holes here and there. The hotel surroundings are not well kept. Toilet in one of the rooms was not flushing well. There was no good wifi. There was no free breakfast.

Literally everything...We stayed here for Days of the Dead horror comic con. Everything was amazing. The staff were very friendly. I loved the on site restaurant, the food was delicious. Pool, hot tub, gym, everything was so nice and clean. No weird hotel smell!!

There is nothing we did not like about our stay. Wish we couldve stayed longer!

This was my 2nd stay. Location, free parking, and very friendly staff. Rooms were clean. I’d stay here again when I come back to Houston.

My only complaint was the a.c in the room wasn’t very cool. The a.c was blasting in the lobby, but a bit stuffy in the room. Was bearable though. Seems to be a problem all over Texas, even in homes.

some of the staff was so mean . For instance, i called the front desk to ask a question, and she was already giving me some attitude . I have to check her and asked her why she’s so upset. I needed a room service just to get the room rearranged and her attitude changed .

The breakfast was decent but it would be nice to include more vegan/ non diary and plant based options. My room was clean and had no smell which was great. The hotel is in a quiet part of town.

fitness club

air conditioner could be turned off at all. it continue blowing wind. breakfasts wasn’t complete at all and didn’t like how waiters distributed people all together with so much free space. they give you the check without asking so as to take you out of there.

Location was perfect I was 15mins away from everywhere i needed to go. Check-in was easy & smooth. The guest room was roomy & comforatble.The self parking was very convient being that i drove in. The price was PERFECT for my last min stay
