Great location! We were glad we stayed in this area, as it was less touristy and quieter, but still within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit. It was lovely to stay right on the canal. The staff were nice and helpful as well.

Beds were pretty uncomfortable. Room was a bit cramped.

1. the location was great, 10-12 minutes from the Santa Lucia train station (only one bridge to cross! a relief when you have luggage with you) 2. The staff at Leone Hotel (where we need to check in and out) were very helpful and kind 3. Room was small but cozy (the windows opened to a neighboring building so we kept them & the curtains closed most of the time - a heads-up) and it was nice to have an electric kettle and be able to drink a warm cup of tea in the evening ☺️ The peach tea was especially lovely! 4. The bathroom only had a shower but everything looked quite clean and we had enough towels and toilet paper

1. my pillowcase had some smudges on it(?) in multiple places (not sure if they were just stuff that detergent cannot get out of the fabric, but I didn't want to take any chances so I slept without the pillow) 2. No slippers in the room, but we asked at Leone Hotel and they gave us the pairs. It would have been nice to have them in the room in the first place though. There were no toothbrushes nor toothpaste there either, but we did have our own so we didn't ask for any. 3. The remote was nowhere to be seen 😂 although there was a TV there and we did turn it on using the side-buttons to see if it worked

The room was wonderful and had a very luxurious feel to it - exactly as shown in the photos. We did not have a canal view but the interior was very nice We did not expect the complimentary tea and coffee - great addition to the list of services! The location was great, it was close to the main attractions, but the area wasn’t too crowded with tourists and felt quite authentic The cleaning lady tidied up our room daily, and we were thankful to get fresh towels everyday

We stayed in November and the room was chilly - there is a radiator in the bathroom and you can change the temperature, but the bedroom remained quite cold and we didn’t have a thicker blanket either I cannot imagine staying here in the colder winter months

The room is breathtakingly beautiful! The view and the location are perfect. It took us just 10 minutes walking (slowly looking at stores’ windows) from the Santa Lucia station (Ferrovia). Niccolo and Federica are very kind. They helped us with tour plans and doubts. The property doesn’t have an elevator so they gently kept our big suitcases during our stay. In the same street you can find a vaporetto station, nice restaurants and bars, a bakery, a newspaper store, a tabaccheria, a gondola stop… and it is not in the busy center. It is a silent neighbourhood, and we could rest . The location is really great.

The is no shower and the tube drain cap was not working, so we spilled water all over the bathroom to have an improvised shower in the bath tube. Also there were no shampoo, only a shower gel.

The room was clean with nice view in the canal. Very close to the piazzale rome where the busses for the airport arrive/leave.

I cannot reffer any negative. Only two friendly feedbacks. 1. Even if they had informed us in advance that the room will be available at 14.00 they didn't try to provide us the room earlier since the check out is on 10.30. We left our bags at the hotel at 10.00 and since 14.00 we should wait to.enter the room. 2. The bathtub doesn't have certain, and the water was all over the place.

The property is even better than in the photos - room is spacious, clean, bathroom has all the facilities and utensils needed (cottonbuds, toothpaste and brushes, shower caps, shampoo and shower gel), it was very warm with several windows. The receptionist was super friendly, they were able to accommodate our luggage before and after check out which was great. Perfect price-quality ratio. And the location is just outstanding - near Guglie canal where locals meet and walk around so no tourists and expensive tourist restaurants. True Venetian experience!

Everything was great. Maybe something which can be improved is the shower in the bathroom - the shower head was a bit blocked and needs cleaning/changing.

Took a few days to get access to the iron which was VERY disappointing as I could not wear half my clothes until I was leaving Everything else was brilliant Beautiful fabulous room in Venetian style Friendly staff

Iron was locked in toom where I could see it but could not use it. I was told I would have it next day but it was still locked I had to walk over to Leone hotel and ask that the iron be put in my room and when I was leaving I finally could iron but not for venice.

the room was delightful and the hotel is very well situated, an easy walk from the train station in Venice. The hotel is not offering breakfast at the moment but the little restaurant/cafe at the corner opens early and we had a pleasant breakfast sitting outside by the side of the canal. they also do takeaway coffee for your early morning cup in bed (if you can convince your partner to go downstairs and get it).

we would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

This room is absolutely gorgeous and ornamental. When checking in the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, it's a two minute walk from the busier street, and at night it is very quiet and sheltered. Really appreciated the small amenities such as the coffee pod machine and water kettle

Only complaint is that the pillows were a little hard and uncomfortable

Great location just ten minutes from the train station and bus stop but still five minutes removed from the huge crowds of tourists; overlooks a canal. The staff is truly wonderful -- every employee I encountered was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Quiet rooms. Nice decor, clean, and they give you free water every day (and perhaps some Prosecco for return guests!).

I stayed here twice in the last couple weeks and one time the shower was nice but the other time it was hand-held only. Reception is not open 24/7. You can leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in, but the area you leave it in is out of of the view of the staff (who of course are not on-site all the time anyway) so I had some concerns about the security of leaving my bag there.
