It was clean. The people were very nice and helpful. We will be using this hotel again next year. I called for towels and hair dryer and they brought them right away.

You could hear the people in the next room(but they were very loud). Also the people would use 1 car to take up 2 spots so could park near our room. None of this was the hotels fault though. So not holding that on them. I like to take baths but you couldn't. No way to hold water in tub. But again not a major thing. Already planning to come back again next year. The only thing I can say that I really didn't like was I couldn't find a plug by sink area. They had a coffee maker and hair dryer but no plug to use by mirror.

The room and property exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, everything in it worked as it should, it was quiet, nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The rate was good and when I arrived at 2am, there was someone there immediately to assist me in getting my room. Clean rooms and hotel, quietness, and all things in the room operational are a high priority for me when I travel and I was impressed! Excellent value!

There was very little I didn't like, but I did notice that the bathroom vent cover was broken (vent still worked though) and the pillows were flat. I would suggest having different pillows in the rooms so that the traveler could find the pillow that best suits their needs.

Clean and safe. We were pleased with our accommodations. The staff was very nice and we will come and stay again.

Everything was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked well to our expectations. We were happy with our room.

It was only 1.5 miles from my party destination. It was quiet.

That they wanted to charge $10-15 for me to get my key early. The room was really hot. It would've been nice for them to turn the AC on. There wasn't any t.v. info like what channels are available. There was no tea, just coffee . Just one kind of milk and 1 kind of juice. It is a small hotel so I get it. I wish there was one more pillow.

We liked everything, we stayed there for Thanksgiving and it was grate, there pet friendly that's why we decided to stay again, very quiet no one bothers you and we had the option to stay in the same room we stayed before, staff was very nice. The rooms are very clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. You get more than what you pay for, I will keep staying there everytime I go to McDonough Georgia.

The room was very clean and updated. The staff were so pleasant and helpful! Felt safe whole time I was there. Towels and linens were clean. Bathroom was extremely clean. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable!! I would stay again hands down!! And out of all the hotels with reviews on bugs....I didn't see any bugs during my stay or in the reviews. I had an amazing stay and being a solo female traveling for school that was an A+ in my book!! Water was hot, it was quiet, fridge was cold and wifi and cable worked. Thank you for a great stay!! Room 239!!

Nothing

I basically needed the cheapest place I could find, and this Super 8 was it, but it was way cleaner and nicer than I expected for the price point. It's a motel, so it's all rooms directly opening up to the outside, no inner hallways or foyer, but this was clean, tidy, there was no messes in corners, no cracks in the walls, no stains of dubious origin, no weird smells or broken fixtures, it was really a good motel.

Nothing, this was probably the most bang for my buck I've ever gotten out of a short stay motel rental. If I had any complaint at all, it was the curtain didn't do the best job of keeping the room dark, but if that's the worst thing I can complain about then the management here was doing a great job!

I don't like my card being charged that deposit It takes too long to come back to my card It's not the worse I've experienced tho. Please allow for cash deposits so your patrons can get their money back ASAP after check out

I like the staff and the fact that I had a clean bed to sleep in. Plus I was able to take care of some business through the wifi that needed to be done.

The sink drain needs to be cleaned out so it drains better.

Arrived late, requested quiet room. Check in was quick and request for quiet room verified. Given breakfast bag at check in without having to ask for it. Staff very pleasant. Room was clean, bed and pillows comfy. Room had microwave and fridge tho we didn’t use either it was a nice option. Shower and toilet updated.

Construction in the area made it very congested even late in the evening. This is of no fault to the hotel, only a heads up for travelers.
