Stayed in the ground floor room with the double doors that lead to the back yard (no door numbers). Comfy room, firm mattress and good pillows. Roomy bathroom. Bar Fridge and usable Shelves in room. Room service available 24 hours, I bought water and beer mainly, they were priced very well. You have access to the kitchen amenities if needed. The ladies (caretakers) were absolutely lovely, spoke a very small amount of English and were very accommodating. Online communication prior was prompt. Daily house keeping was on request only. If you need something, just go ask for it. It's great! Value for money due to location and amenities. Wifi worked great. TV's had streaming services for use too.

Honestly, there was not much to complain about. The coffee wasn't what I was used to but there were amazing cafes and bakeries within 5 minutes walk to purchase from. Preschool at the back was a little noisy during the day, but no big deal.

good location. very close to the center of coyoacan and still very quite place. there is a kitchen and refrigerator so you can cook if you want. there were furnitures like sofa, table, chairs, low table etc so the palce looks quite complete.

generally speaking it was good but lacks a little bit the consistency. ex) there were 2 lamps beside the bed and one was of pale white light and the other one was of warm light. there was hot water but it seemed to me that it does not last very long. after 5 minutes you can notice that there is no more hot water in the shower. i noticed this twice during my stay.

it was very basic, but for the price they offered for a solo room…it was a great stay. The balcony and garden views offered a relaxing vibe and the neighborhood was lovely without a bunch of dorks from the US putting a damper on the vibe. Lydia, who runs the show at Pepper My Love, was also very friendly, sweet and helpful.

I honestly wished the room could’ve had a microwave or an clothing iron, but those are little things and won’t ruin your stay.

fantastic location two blocks from the plaza in a quiet neighborhood. everything was clean and the balcony had a lovely view. hot water shower and working fridge and fan. staff was friendly

the balcony is shared, the bidet didn’t work, the mattress was crushed and slanted on one side. nobody cleaned the room or took out trash during our 5 day stay but they gave us extra TP when we asked

The staff were really nice and really welcoming even though our Spanish was very poor. They were very quick with their room service as well and our room was spotless. The room exceeded our expectations as it was so much larger than we had expected with an open plan kitchen, bedroom and living room. The bathroom included a wet room and the cleanliness was perfect.

The walls were very thin so you could hear everything especially as there was a gap under our rooms door therefore everything from the hallway to the room opposite was loud and clear.

Location was perfect, two blocks from the main square in Coyoacán. The room was fairly large and also the bathroom, there was also a small balcony.

The bed was very uncomfortable; and you can hear the noise when other guests arrive late or are loud. We received the check-in message from Booking on the day of our check out, so we missed out on some important information, such as the fact that you need to request for your room to be cleaned up as it is not done as standard.

I like the quick response and accessibility to this place, I have been here multiple times it is a very reliable option/. They offer to hold my luggage if I arrive earlier and it has never been a problem.

The one time I booked a room on the bottom floor unfortunately it was far too noisy. You could sneeze on the other side of the house and I woud hear it. Honestly if I do not get a room on the top floor I probably won't stay on the first floor again.

Very large room with large bathroom and shower with hot water. New TV with Netflix and Hulu included good WIFI. Room has small fridge. Balcony with pleasant look over citrus garden. Staff were very pleasant.

The mattress in my room needs replaced. Had to sleep on one side of bed. A arm chair could have been hand.

The neighborhood was nice and safe near to the historical center of Coyoacan. There were all the needed to make a breakfast.

There were no closets for clothes in the loft. We had delayed baggages from the aircompany which reached the place after we had left and they didn't inform us that they have received them. Instead they charged us fees per day to keep them. By chance we were informed that they got our baggages. This was not a good communication. Also the place is about 20 min. far away from metro station.

Loved the large room & bathroom & especially the lovely balcony, thank you. Location was perfect to walk everywhere in Coyoacan.
